Pictures looked better than the actual hotel. No hotel bar/lounge as advertised

I spent the night in the Muscle Shoals area, and I liked it so much I booked another night into this hotel and stayed again.

Area seemed very safe. Room is very clean and everything works in the room. I would stay here again.

easy parking, convenient

The overall stay was good there was only a couple things that can be improved first the directions to getting there was bad on the gps, second is they had a lot of roof leaks in the lobby, the lobby bathrooms and hallways, the next thing is the TVs in the rooms my family and I had to change rooms bc the tv just stopped working and that was a pain to do but the person working in the lobby was very sweet and kind she was amazing very welcoming and was happy to help and make things right. My last lil complaint is the breakfast the waffle maker machine was not working properly so my kids or I were able to have a waffle also keeping the breakfast foods stocked when we went to get breakfast there was like nothing left we waited to see if it would get refilled never did so we weren’t able to get much to eat but the selection of food was good just need to stock the food more often but over all not bad the eggs were delicious, the juices also ran out so nothing to drink either but the second day was a lot better and was able to enjoy it better. The rooms were spacious and cleaned very well and the beds let me tell u very comfortably the pillows were alright but over all I enjoyed my stay very nice staff and good housekeeping. I will stay again for sure just hope the next time the breakfast will be better.

Served its purpose. No problems

The hotel could certainly use some upgrades throughout the facility. It’s very outdated and old. Especially for the price.

The lobby was very cold as the temperature was low outside. The toilet seat was round but it needed an oblong one making it uncomfortable.

Service was amazing. The bathroom was awful the toilet wouldn’t flush. I was afraid to take a shower, the tub was awful. The toilet seat was old and had marks on it. The bed was so uncomfortable.

The property was extremely outdated. There was a large gap in the outside patio doors which made it impossible to keep the room at a good temperature. Bed sheets had human hair all in them.

Lights in the room didn't work, bathroom door was cracked and dirty, breakfast area was very cold.

Good

Clean room. Air conditioning/heater good. Old matrasses but sheets/blanket were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Good WiFi. Television service was poor. Breakfast was below average. Lobby was very cold (outdoor temperature was low 30s). Trashy area at back of hotel.

So far I have been charged by the hotel and hotels.com for the room both and I'm waiting for one to refund me. Not happy about this.

Hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Not the best condition. General manager was nice and accommodating.

The bed was comfortable and it was a clean and quiet room. No complaints except there were no local networks available on the television.
