Mostly positive experience. Only exception was one elevator did not work and there was a false fire alarm going off from 3:10 am until about 3:30. Seems like maintenance is slacking on getting things fixed.
Breakfast was inexpensive but its quality showed why.
Fortunately, the more important factors were all very good

The lobby was spotless, the hallways were spotless, my room was spotless. It felt spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and I slept great. It was nice and quiet. The breakfast was good, and the bacon was especially delicious.

We had requested an ADA accessible room. It was not. Tried for an hour and contacted the front desk to get the t. V to work to no avail. Drunks in hall woke us at three a m and then banged on our door again at five a m. The room was clean. The staff was nice.
But the problems we had really soured the experience

There was a guy urinating at the corner in the dark by the side entrance as my wife and I were going to our room…

This property is grossly mismanaged by people who do not have their guest's best interest in mind, only how they can provide the fewest possible amenities while charging their guests the highest rates possible. They renovated the rooms but didn't bother updating the shower/tub from the 1960s. The television signal comes and goes because they are too cheap to individually wire each room with an independent receiver. The heater from the 1980s kicks on in the middle of the night and sounds like a blast furnace. We payed extra for a room described as "mountain view". It was a view of the side of a hill. It should have been called "Noisy boulevard view" since semi trucks and sirens start going up and down the road outside the window at the crack of dawn.
