The staff were incredible - so friendly and helpful. This was my first time ever staying in a resort like this but they explained everything well and were really attentive. It’s a beautiful property.
The dining options felt a little limited when I was there because one of the two restaurants that serve food beyond breakfast was closed and there isn’t much around, although I had a rental car and was able to travel. Also, the resort fee and what it allegedly pays for is disappointing - although I don’t think that’s all on this one property since it’s become standard practice. But for example, they said the resort fee paid for the tote bag and water bottle you receive along with the juice and cold towel and some other items that were just kinda basic. The resort fee isn’t optional but also saying it’s paying for the things that are the least enticing about the stay doesn’t make it easier to pay.
