Old and out dated. Lacks camera safety and the towels made my girlfriend break out. Compared the other Crowne Plaza hotels, I was very disappointed.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The ac unit was extremely loud every time it came on. Also, the room had a moldy smell.

Reserved the room almost 2 weeks prior to stay. When we arrived check -in took an hour. We stayed during the Morgan Wallen concert. They only had one employee checking in, which I would think they would/could of prepared a little better.

• They warned us to leave five star reviews on google in order to get happy hour drinks. They knew people were coming for the Beyoncé CC Concert and would want drinks so that’s why you’re seeing good reviews on google. • Our room was not cleaned there was sticky residue in the window counter, the table, and the tv stand. • The tub was also dirty. • Our fridge wouldn’t close all the way. • The gym was an absolute mess - the trash was overflowing which also stunk up the gym • The men’s restroom next to the gym had dirty underwear on the floor in the corner • There’s no complimentary breakfast it cost $23-$28 • Access to the parking garage stopped working on our last night there • Access to the elevators kept messing up. • I wouldn’t put all this on front desk because they were very kind. But management and maintenance could definitely do better.

We stayed 5 nights. We thought the staff were nice and friendly. The property is old but situated in a very accessible area. The parking is $25 per day. I think it is expensive. My room was clean. However, housekeeping was inconsistent. There was a day we had no bath mat or face towels. There was a day when there were no body soap ( it was already low to begin with). There was a day the housestaff came late (aound 4pm?) that we returned back tired so we declined the service. My room shower was cold sometimes so we were always concerned whether we'd get a hot shower in the evenings or not.

Check in took an hour. I was not aware of the concert happening nearby. The waiting area was hot and line was backed up with a ton of people waiting.

The pool was large which I liked very much and the beds were very comfortable. Also, I really appreciated the buildings architecture.

We had a decent stay overall. When we first entered the room, the AC wasn’t very cold, but it gradually improved over time. The cable also wasn’t working initially due to a weak signal, but after a couple of hours, it finally connected. Check-in was handled by a very friendly clerk, although we did have to wait for our room to become available. Thankfully, the staff texted us once it was ready. When we returned to pick up our keys, the same cheerful receptionist was there, but this time she was accompanied by another staff member. Unfortunately, the new person told her to “tone it down” and be more professional, which seemed to dampen her positive energy. Despite that awkward moment, the hotel was quiet and convenient for a short stay. We weren’t disturbed by anyone and everything else went smoothly.

The check in process was horrible. There was over 25 people in line and everyone was in a hurry to check in and it took over an hour. Also, the air conditioner was not working right and it was very hot our entire

Check in was at 4. We were in a line of people trying to check in at 4 and was told no rooms available. They all needed clean. We had a concert to get to and needed to get ready. Staff were very rude and told us they would call us when a room was clean. Said it would be an hour or two.

Convenient location. Reasonable price. Kinda shabby or older looking. Quiet.

It see ms like every one is always mad at that hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what I needed for a relaxing trip. I especially appreciated the modern amenities, soft bedding, and quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind. The location was perfect too, close to restaurants and shops. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and convenience really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel experience.

Clean, specious room, update tech

The hotel is very dated. The room was small and awkwardly shaped. The tub did not drain and took hours to drain the water.
