Breakfast was good. Rooms are good and staff generally friendly and helpful. However, house keeping folded my daughter's PJs into the sheets when they changed them and never found her PJs anymore...Not sure if they tried looking for it after we raised it with the front desk and also house keeping... that put a damper on the trip for my kid.

Room was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was really good, the parking was a little lacking. Not many spots and quite tight. Overall really good hotel.

Parking très petit avec peu de place. Il n’y avait pas de valet contrairement à ce que l’hôtel dit. La chambre est très propre. Très bien situé pour un RDV à l’hôpital CHUM. Le déjeuner était très bon. Il y avait des œufs, bacon, saucisses et tout étaient chaud. Gruau, céréales, bagel, pain banane, chocolat, citron. Fruits frais, yogourt.

Not only did we have to ask for toiletries, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were not refilled, and housekeeping put the dirty wet towels on top of our stuff. Front desk was accommodating especially Anas & breakfast host Adam was nice & helpful

Great hotel! Kind of a sketchy area but close to everything!

This is first time we stayed on the old Port side of Montreal in the area of CHUM. We were clsoe to the Old Montreal and walking distance to all teh attractions in Downtown Montreal. There were no problems getting to the airport but traffic in Montreal is really bad - plan extra time. The hotel is new, the rooms are great, the staff weer excellent, and breakfast was also very good.

Not a really great location, but it was ok. Long walk to the major sites. Nice hotel, though.

Super nice stay, the staff is super friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was pretty decent. 15 min walk from the vieux-port , and other attractions, nice spot.

Arrived around 10:15 am and got checked in right away also asked for late checkout next day. Got extension till 1:00 pm. Very helpful with a late flight out

We were told there would be valet parking. When we arrived we were told there was no valet that evening so I asked if we could park ourselves and was told there was no parking left for us. I double checked before arriving to make sure parking was available. So now it’s 8pm and we’re told we have to drive 2 blocks away to park in a public parkade. That was fine but this parkade entrance was in a back alley with vagrants and druggies laying all over the sidewalk that we had to pass by to walk back the 2 blocks to our hotel! Plus there was garbage all over the street and sidewalk. It was very scary and we worried the whole 4 nights that our car would be broken into during our stay. The hotel itself was clean and staff were very friendly, but I would not recommend staying here because of the location. With homeless and drugged people and garbage everywhere we were afraid to leave the hotel!

Location to Old Montreal and Latin Quarter ideal. Fitness Center surprisingly well equipped. Staff were exceptionally helpful…and fun. Enjoy your stay!!
