This property does false advertising. It is not a resort. It is a poorly maintained marina that says they are a resort. Far from it! My husband has a bad knee and there is one elevator up get up to room. Dirty bathroom. We are asking for a refund

We like the room, it was clean, pool was not big but just enough to have fun. Breakfast was included so great but also they offered bikes and kayaks to their customers.

Try to improve the softeness in bed and the breakfast. Nice staff

Pool room was convenient great back door access, breakfast was great too. Rooms are dirty not updated do not look like the pictures, no linens for pull out couch have to ask no cleaning service or trash service have to ask,no utensils ,shelves falling off walls bugs in coffee maker cockroaches in kitchen, had to move microwave because plugs in wall didn’t work, bench out side of room does not hold people fell backwards. Pool suction goes on high sometimes and can pull in skin and can leave a mark.

I did not like it Hard to use the amenities, and it was dirty

Was very disappointed with the room cleanliness. The bedroom patio was not swept, bath tub was dirty, phone did not work. Roach was in room, walked to front desk to have maintenance remove it, was told that he would not be available until 9am the following day. Therefore the desk agent had to remove it. Rooms are not as described. Will not be staying there again.

Place was very dirty, mattress were disgusting and dirty , trash on the floor, floor, not swiped or washed, sticky cabinets. Baseboards looked like were not clean for couple weeks. Did not let my kids take shoes off and Did not use their shower. Wrote an email to the manager and he never get back to me. I tried calling multiple times he never got back to me as well. Neighbor next-door also complained that it was the worst place he ever visited he said he stole the cleaning cart to clean himself bathroom and floor. He canceled his stay. Also they charged us an extra charge in addition to the Expedia “price you see rate” fee not listed on website.

Front desk had everything ready for me and it was quick and easy check in.

I have no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Although the space and the view in the unit were optimal, the staff was not accessible when needed. Housekeeping staff was not attentive to our needs. The boat ramp was challenging to use. The resort was located in a convenient area near several restaurants.

Take care of mold problems and then not to bad. Dirt or debris around base of the bed

"Beach" area was limited and no access to water. Need chairs under east cabanas. Bathroom fan didn't work. Flooding in parking lot limited options for parking. Breakfast was minimal - needs fruit and more options. Staff were nice and general location was good.

We booked this room for a guys fishing trip. They loved the great view from the balcony!! They had a great time and would happily return next year. Thanks!

Very nice property, especially for the price.

A very special place in the heart of the keys,convenient for sho and dinner, water sports rental for a jet ski or a boat.

For a quick one day or two day vacy, your good.

Air conditiiningbdidntbwork and when i went to the frontvdesk the girl said there was no maintenance working the whole weekend and put down towels. Not her fault but surely someone should have been able tonfix it. It dripped all noght we left at 7am as we had enough

Check-in was great and the room was very clean. Great view of the ocean from the second floor. Covered parking was nice.
