Hotels, very nice and very clean

This is a very outdated “hotel” I’d say it’s more like motel. Lobby smelled of cigarettes and bugs were everywhere- fell on my head during check in. Glad it’s only one night.

Keys constantly stopped working, place is. In rough shape, shower curtain was moldy

This is a pleasant easy place to stay when I'm in this area, and pretentious,, but a comfortable room,, clean,, and attentive service

It was clean, very comfortable beds, and a hot shower after long days at a horseshow. The staff were great and very helpful, definitely would stay here again if at HITS.

Room was on first floor as requested. Check in ok. Hallway was stuffy. Room was smaller than pictured. Stuffy. A/c helped. Furniture was petty beat up. Photos. Ceiling in bathroom had wet stains and suspected moldy. Photos. Expected better condition for almost $200 for the night.

Staff to clean did not come after 3rd night. Needed towels and had to rekey the swipe catds for access to room and entrance closer to room three times. Kept the cards in my rfi protected wallet never near cellular phone. We were checking out at 11am and the cleaning staff wanted to come in at 9am before we checked out. Coffee supplied in the lobby was awful and weak.

The toilet is was wobbly and front desk provided no assistance with fixing There were brown spots above the bathroom The shower didn’t drain properly

The rooms were clean, the a/c worked but loud. The rooms and facilities were very outdated. For a one night stay it worked just fine.

It was convenient to where we needed to be. The bathroom was dingy. The tub had rust stains and needed to be caulked. The sink area was just okay.

The pool was well maintained and there was a quality sauna. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. There is some pretty nasty graffitti in the sauna that could be cleaned off, also in the shower room next to the sauna. There is no soap in the women's bathroom by the pool.Staff was incredibly polite and helpful.

Terrible bathroom—old and difficult tub to get in and out of. When I arrived home and checked my bank, I have been double charged for my room.

Perfect stay for an overnight visit.

This was probably the worst place I have stayed in. Cut our trip short to run out of this place. Complete dump.

I paid the fare in Expedia and the hotel charged my card again because they allegedly did not receive the payment.
