The staff was not overly inviting at checkin. Every hallway had a different smell that was not good. Old, outdated hotel and rooms. To charge anything over minimum nightly fee is beyond ridiculous for an outdated and terrible smelling hotel.

Great value for the money. Pet friendly. Friendly staff. Easy to get to.

We came in after midnight and they were super flexible with the late check in. However the room was dirty, sunflower seeds on the floor by the bed. There were questionable people hanging around the building, which the hotel probably can’t help but it looked like she had a room. Comfortable bed.

Overall excellent lodging experience. I passed through Madison two times and both times I stayed here. Receptionist was able to accommodate my requests, the facility was quiet, the bed was comfortable. I have no complaints. Thank you.

I rarely give poor reviews, but the property felt sketchy and we’re were uncomfortable with the area. The floor was very dirty and my shoes stuck to the floor when I walked. The bathroom door had a hole in as if someone tore the handle off. There were spider webs on the baseboards in the bathroom, and the tub spout was green from lime buildup. I took pictures and wish I could post them. I would not recommend this place.

Very Very dirty, we had to go to walmart and clean the bathroom ourselves. Staff were rude and not understanding. Said breakfast included, there was no breakfast at all.

Please do not stay here. So so very bad. Even tried to switch hotels but it was graduation weekend so that was a no go. Pulled into parking lot and there is a very angry woman with a small child screaming at the man behind the thick glass. HELLO! IF THAT DOES SCREAM RUN! I don't know what else could. Ohhh, just wait.We were early so we just wanted to stopinto the motel for a possible early checkin. The shaken but very nice gentleman behind the glass and I spoke about needing to change my room type from a king to 2 queens. He was polite and handed me a key to check the room to be sure it was what I was expecting. Another RED FLAG! I went to the room, unlocked the door and guess there was already someone in that room! Ok, i quickly shut the door & went straight back to the desk. The nice man then looks at me after another guest stormed out the door, and politely asks if the room was ok. I told him that there was someone already in the room and his immediate response was "Are you Okay? Did they do something to you?" Again, while i appreciate that his first thought was to my safety, i am thinking to meself why would he even need to respond this way? Ok. 2nd attempt to find another room unsuccessful. We go back in & get another room key. It was not very clean, so run down, broken light fixtures, broken floor tiles, the lock fell off the door! Ice bucket was sticky and had pink ick. Outside were piles of garbage the back entrance had broken glass broken handrail ricketdy steps.

Average. Bathrooms extremely small. Tobacco and weed smell all around.

Barely worth the already cheap price. Looks, feels, and smells much worse in person. I’d only stay here if it’s all I could afford. Otherwise not worth it.

They refused to give me my 40 dollar deposit after walking into my room 3 time and one of those times I was naked very unprofessional very disrespectful and highly unclean so I reckon you DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVEY AND IT NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN… other ppl checked out just as late as I did and they got there money back but I couldn’t get my deposit back

The room was dirty, the bed sheets had stains, the tv stand was sticky it was just horrible.

Cigarettes. I hate to do this but damn. This was a terrible mistake booking this room. Cigarettes. I figured because of the proximity to the airport it would be at least efficient and quick as far as checking in went.cigarettes .Weird prison style phone with a plexiglass wall at the check in to talk to the super rude staff. Who seemed mad I wanted to put room liabity on a credit card. Legit pissed about it. Like dude. That’s how this works. It’s always a credit card?. I should have know better. Anyway. The room smelled strong of you guessed it….. cigarettes and cigarettes even the water coming out of the faucet somehow smelled like cigarettes. Place was the worst. Yes we did wash everything when we got home. The rest of Wisconsin is better than here. I’d rather have slept in a county jail with a serious charge over my head.
