The hotel is located at a busy intersection but you really couldn't tell when you were in the room. The temperature knob on the AC unit was missing and other knob didn't seem like it was doing anything. Not sure if this was done purposely or not. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was dated but comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

Rooms were well equipped and beds very comfortable. Included breakfast was very adequate but not sure about paper plates and wooden cutlery? Crumbling stonework just outside the hotel entrance did not create a good first impression. All in all though, very good value for money.

Breakfast was good

The staff was very good at the reception. The AC was having issue and Melanie came right away to our room and fixed it. Room was very clean, overall well maintained. The only thing is the breakfast area was overcrowded and there were no sausages & potato for long time. We literally had to wait till 10am to get those food and a spot too. The food was very good.

Excellent value for price paid. Bed and linens were both clean and very comfortable. Enough said.

Everything was great - no pool which is harder when you have littles but overall - excellent.

It was a disgusting experience. Room was extremely dirty and the carpets in the hallway smelled of feet. Staff said they are unable to do anything. Even room felt like it was not cleaned in days. Very very disappointed.

The breakfast was perfect to start the day. Parking was well lite.
