Staff is very nice but the bathroom is getting outdated, my tub had stain in it

Great room. Clean and spacious with great hotel amenities.

Room was great, a little dated but super clean and. staff were very friendly. We didn't realize it was paid parking but were able to find cheap parking around.

Accessibility parking was plowed in with snow, when staff was advised they were less than responsive. They took no action, and brushed it off and didnt even offer an apology

Clean room, shower was amazing. Only issue was the house coats were stiff and not very soft

Power went out and then the heat in the room wouldn't shut off so it was like a sauna. Maintenance got the heat turned off at 245am but the fan kept going alli night only now it was cold air. One of the worse nights I've ever had in a hotel
