I liked the service, location, cleanliness. But the room was a bit small.

This hotel is old. So, the best is the location... for the price is not worth but looks like the hotels here are all the same as overpriced. The wifi was weak at the point that video calls were nearly impossible. I was told that all room in the second floor have the same problem. The elevator is scary with some sudden shaking every time it starts and stop. The rooms are not like in photos. You may see minibar in the photo but that is not in the room. The mattress was wearoff but not terrible. The room was clean but the hot water was just warm at best... so for me was acceptla but be aware is barely warm. The breakfast is included but it is served and is just scrabble eggs. Fruits can be taken on demand as well as sort of coffee. The personal in the counter was nice... but in the restaurant people were jist getting the job done without any smile... i may say trying to get the day done. The intenet is a terrible problem they could solve with minimum cost... i just stay one day and never again. The AC is alsonold and noise for modern standards... you will have a continues whitenoise.

Hotel needs an urgent update, but needs to be said that is extremely clean. Lots of stuff going on the surrounding area. Restaurants and shops close by.

The property is under construcción or renovation, there are no parking area even to unload for check in; I did change my mind about stay there;

3-4 starts hotel! Not much comfortable, but good price-quality relation

My only complaint is that it was hard to find. A taxi driver and, later, an Uber driver both dropped me in the wrong place. There are 2 hotels with the same name, but worse is the location that Google maps says is the drop off.

The hotel is probably the newest in the area. Be careful if you are driving as the traffic in this area is absolutely crazy! The hotel is on a walking only street which is great for a stroll for lunch or shopping. The room is basically furnished. Breakfast was buffet with many choices. It is also extremely noisy in the area. The walking street has music, noises, cars, and people from about 10 am - 10 pm. I'm not sure why, but we put the "do not disturb" notice on the door and the maid knocked and proceeded to open the door, not once, not twice but three times. They seem to just walk in whenever they want - put the chain on the door so you will only be partly surprised when they ignore the sign and walk in.
