Great hotel. 10/10. Loved the sauna and steam rooms. Everyone was so helpful and kind, great stay.

Some of the best service I’ve ever received anywhere in the world. Upscale but very comfortable. Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The layout of the hotel and amenities was very convenient. The location close to the gondola is also nice.

We had a brilliant time celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The staff were very attentive and ready to help in any way they could. The shuttle cars from the station were great to transport our luggage. Highly recommend Grill Cervin, the lamb was to die for! We’d come back in a heartbeat

Great hospitality by the staff specially Verissimo, Sandro and Louis. Part of Property is old but hospitality by these individuals made it worth staying there.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, nicely renovated, extremely comfortable and has all the modern conveniences. The only slight disappointment was the restaurant. It was too brightly lit, lacking ambiance and the service was disappointing.
