Great hospitality by the staff specially Verissimo, Sandro and Louis. Part of Property is old but hospitality by these individuals made it worth staying there.

Everything was excellent, the service, food, everything. There was never a time where I felt like my needs were not being met. The room was also fantastic with a great view.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, nicely renovated, extremely comfortable and has all the modern conveniences. The only slight disappointment was the restaurant. It was too brightly lit, lacking ambiance and the service was disappointing.

Claudio and the staff were all amazing. Professional and super efficient yet with a homey atmosphere for a very high end property. Nothing was too much for them! Hotel manager was also terrific. Will definitely stay there again. Very welcoming and happy environment. Thank you Mont Cervin Palace!!

The property is gorgeous! What makes this property stand out is the exceptional service from the staff. From the concierge desk, to the reception staff to the spa/pool desk attendant, to the restaurant servers and management to the shuttle service, we received truly excellent care and attention.
