Fantastic hotel. Beautiful rooms and the staff were lovely. Excellent transport links nearby.

Beautiful. Spa fantastic Staff helpful Mini bar refilled Only comments is air con didn’t work but they gave me another room in to sleep in at 2am when couldn’t tolerate heat anymore and they waved city fees. No milk with tea/coffee strange. Also a savoury nibble in room alongside drinks would be nice addition We found it disappointing the lobby bar closed at 10pm and LP bar at 11.30pm. I know lots of guests also felt same wanting a late night drink in the lobby. Sweet table in lobby nice however popcorn/pretsels or something savoury would be nice

Beautiful hotel with great location in Lausanne ! Plus a wonderful spa ! Nice Restaurants ! Spacious rooms! And most of all best staff ever !

Views and service

We were given an upgrade to a suite as it was our wedding anniversary, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. The suite was huge and beautiful, with a balcony giving fabulous views across the city.

When we checked in, we were specifically told that the breakfast and health club/spa was included in our stay. When I received our bill, I was charged over $300 US for breakfast for 3 people. Also, we asked for a ride to the airport and that cost us over $400 US. This is unacceptable and criminal.

Classic Swiss 5 star. As expected. Rooms are a bit dated. Shower is terrible. Would definitely stay again but room is underwhelming

Overall the staff is making the difference and the lunch at the brasserie was the cherry on the cake.

Very friendly staff. Clean and beautiful room, amenities are amazing the spa and the gym. Overall great experience my favourite place to stay in Lausanne.

Ideal location; great staff and excellent service

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the service was impeccable. Out one bedroom suite over looking Lake Geneva was unbelievable. I wish we could stay a couple more days. I would recommend anyone visiting Lausanne stay at the Palace !

A beautiful hotel, that's in need of rediscovering itself. Aspects of excellent, occasionally let down by old decor in rooms, a bad redesigned lobby with little charm and staff that while excellent appear too busy. Having stayed at the palace for many years, it deserves some much needed attention.
