Late check-in was great. Lots of parking. Sean-Douglas at the front desk waa very personable. I has purposely booked a room with a hot tub and pool but, unfortunately, due to late arrival was unable to take advantage of in the evening and, as it doesnt open until 10 am (at least on Sunday) I didn't get in a morning swim either. This was the only disappointment with our stay.

property needs to pay more attention to the maintence and the cleaning details. Room look worn out

I had booked 5 rooms and all of them were dirty mouldy smell washroom were dirty bed sheets were all stained as if someone had previously used it and then the staff just re-did the bed

Great location, staff were very friendly, and we had a nice view of the mountains from our room, which was clean and comfortable. Good value for sure.

Super forty

The property sure didn’t match the photo on the website! There were cigarette butts on the ground, and it was generally unappealing. I had higher expectations for Sandman. The whole place was tired looking and inside the room was just adequate. If we hadn’t committed to two nights we would have left after the first night. There were two very flat pillows on the bed. My husband folded his in half for sleeping, and mine was so flat I was able to roll it into something resembling a pillow. It this is Ssndn’s standards we don’t be choosing them again.

I was booked into a 2nd floor room with no elevators. I could not carry all my luggage, etc. up the stairs. Even though they were heavily booked, the reception found me a room on the main floor. I was very appreciative.
