Room was clean, A/C was working, the bed was excellent. The bathroom could use a refresher as some of the tile work was failing but for our 3 days stay, it worked out well.

Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good. Fan/air conditioning worked well. Toilet and sink drained very slowly. Water stain discoloured on ceiling, but wasn’t bothersome to me at all. Staff I talked with were very nice. Dated on a few things (ex. Tub), but price was good and would stay there again if the price remains attractive.

We extended for another day because it was great !

Bathroom was gross, key cards did not work for myself and a few others, but at the end of the day it's affordable so you get what you pay for.

We had a good stay but the elevator key card not working multiple times and having hands full that we had to empty to swipe was a big pain. Also not having ice on every floor and the elevator were very slow. Also back door one was push and the next set pull makes no sense

Room was clean and organized. Like that they have a 24hr Denny's connected to hotel.

The location was awesome. However, we had issues with elevators. The key card would swipe to get to the floor we needed. Other than that we an awesome weekend.

We loved the value for the price. Only thing we would’ve liked to see in addition is breakfast and a hot tub. Otherwise loved it!

Amazing hotel! The pool was great. Walking distance from the Lethbridge Bulls baseball stadium. Which was awesome. Denny’s located in the hotel was great. If I’m even in Lethbridge again I will be staying there for sure.

Overall decent. The price was right, and the staff was friendly, and it was a five-minute walk from the Water Tower Grill. I'd stay again.

Having to use key card to go up and down in elevator was inconvenient.
