We had a wonderful experience at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Niagara Falls. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – just a short walk to Clifton Hill, the Falls, restaurants, and all the main attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxed. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. You can tell the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. Everything felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Sakshi from room management for her attention to detail and warm service. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great value, a prime location, and a spotless stay in Niagara Falls.

country inn and suites was perfect for our three generation family visit to Niagara Falls. Walkable to the falls and restaurants, clean facility, indoor pool for the kids and excellent staff. Special shout out to Amanda at the front desk for excellent welcome.

Everything was lovely checking in to find out we needed to pay for parking not a big deal however would have been nice to know while booking it online. Staff was friendly helpful was pretty qiuick for check in , then everything seemed wonderful in our room nice clean till we found a beer bottle cap on the floor in the corner beside the table and chair lol was our first time having a queen size bed it was terrible uncomfortable lumpy especially in the middle felt like we were rolling of the bed. We made the best of it , entertaining to say the least. Don't think we will buy a king size bed anytime soon lol

Bathroom wasn’t clean

We have stayed at this property many times recently. All staff we have encountered have been top notch, professional and friendly. We arrived well before check in and stopped in to see if by any chance our room was ready and we could check in. It was all ready and they were fine with letting us in early. It is close to many stores, attractions and restaurants but far enough away that it isn't noisy. Parking is extra but all the hotels seem to charge for it and the $22 CND wasn't out of line with other places. The room was clean and comfortable with a coffee maker and easy access to an ice machine. The halls were clean and well lit. Free breakfast was included and there were eggs, sausage and make your own waffles as hot items along with many other cold options. And finally, warm cookies upon check in are always welcome! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Well my stay was great , the room was one of the best I've stayed in. The staff was very kind and courteous.

We were unfortunate enough to have our flight cancelled so we arrived 2 days into our initial booking and our stay was non-refundable BUT we were told to book the basic room for the additional nights and we were upgraded to a suite at no charge. We really appreciated it! Staff kept communicating via texts about our ETA to make sure our room was ready upon arrival. Parking comes at a whopping 25$ per night (after taxes) but the price of the hotel is very affordable so it makes up for it. Thanks Country Inn & Suites Niagara!
