The place was fine. The carpeting was stained.

Rooms were not the same as shown on Expedia, bedbugs, bathroom door didn’t lock, and they charge for everything where in other hotel you are given complementary things on arrivals. There needs to be major changes made to improve the hotel.

The hotel itself is very old. The rooms look like they haven't even been renovated for a long time, and everything looked old. Since it was a hostel, despite getting a private room, it was very loud and you can hear everything. The front desk staff was not friendly either. Bathroom was clean. I liked the neighborhood!

Room was clean, staff were exceptional, and location is great. It is an older building with lots of character. Tram and bus are right out front. 4 tram stops from the hauptbahnhof. Great neighborhood with a park and Biergarten right across the street. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this hotel, I would stay again!!

Property is nice and from walkable distance inside the city. Rooms are clean but need renovation. Lobby is renovated hopefully they do the rooms. Lots of mosquitoes. We booked 4 beds, we got 3. Supposedly the room with the bunk bed had a broken key. Staff is friendly. Cleaners are friendly too.

Really nice hotel there was renovations going on the outside of the hotel but this didn’t distract from the stay as it was the weekend and no workers were ther. It’s a bit of a walk to the tourist attractions but it is a nice walk through the park and up to Brandenburg gate. Recommend.

Is not as photos. Very old building. The room is clean, location is ok opposite a mall.

A nice clean room, very obliging staff but pillows were very uncomfortable and the window opens only in the bathroom.

I found the carpets in the hall ways was old dated and stained could do with being updated Hotel felt cold morning/evening Room nice and clean Pillow could do with being replaced Apart from that I would stay again good location for sightseeing

Cold staff but great sized clean rooms. A little dated but nothing wrong with that.

The breakfast option was very limited, I feel like it has room for improvement

The first room given to us had a horrible view of workers painting the back of the hotel. We complained and they gave us a better room at the front of the hotel. The bathroom had quite new fittings but the shower door was not very good.

Although it may look good from the pictures, it's not. The room was awful, the bed's were uncomfortable and the decor was from the 1940's. It was clean though. No kettle in the room and the view from the room was scaffolding, as the forgot to tell us about the building work that was going on, from 7am in the morning i may add. The bunkbeds nearly fell apart and there was no air con, please don't stay here, it's not worth it
