Great and friendly staff. Large room, clean and functional. Breakfast was good buffet style. A waterkettle and a cup/glass in the room would be a great improvement.

The rooms were huge. The person who chooses the sleeper couch is spared the snoring in the bedroom given the door that closes on it. Breakfast was promptly ready at 7am. Egg soufle was light and fluffy. Large selection. Front end help was superlative.

My stay at Hotel Brigita was simply lovely. I am very appreciative of the assistance I received from the friendly and helpful staff. I also really enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfasts. The food was the best I have ever had a hotel. Well done!

As I am tourist I did not know which public transport went to hotel, I used Bolt. The Locations is bit far from Old town but near to the airport and Riga Plaza. Staff is very nice and very friendly

This Hotel is good for 3 Star. Clean, convenient location, quiet area. If you visiting Riga not for Old City sightseeing, that's perfect place to stay. Good assortment of food on included breakfast, and delicious dishes of national kitchen on dinner. Hotel doesn't have their own parking, but parking available on the street in front of the hotel.

Well what can I say, it’s not luxury, but for 30 euros… it’s cheap, clean, convenient and breakfast was rich. I chose it for parking, as many place had non or were 20 per night. Plenty parking outside and safe too. It’s also so easy to hop on number 4 bus right into old town and back for 3 euros only. What can I say, every day is paradise

the offer provides incorrect information, and the reception does not warn in advance that there is no TV in the entire hotel, we ordered a double bed in the room and two single beds

Nice hotel outside the city center. Located near the main road to Ventspils and Liepaja Big rooms and great breakfast buffet.

The staff were friendly, spoke English, and were very helpful with local knowledge. The staff are this hotel's best advertisement and best asset. The room was clean, if a little worn, and the carpet has a few stains (light coloured carpet, which show most stains) and there was a sewer smell in the bathroom on my first day, but after running water in the sink and bath, the smell went away. The smell came from the drain hole in the middle of the bathroom floor. The breakfast was tasty with plenty to chose from and all was well prepared and presented. The neighbourhood looks a little rough, but I walked around it and found the people friendly and helpful for directions and I felt quite safe.

We were given a bare room with no chairs and a stained carpet. On complaining we were given a better room. The carpet was still grubby as were the chairs, otherwise it was clean. No air conditioning, very noisy. A loud bell went off at 6am and then at 7 and 8 am. Breakfast was basic and we were asked to leave at 10.05 whilst still eating because the cafe was closing.

We had a quick layover in Riga. We came in late and left early. The hotel corresponded with us prior to our visit, confirming our need for taxi to/from airport. They also offered to have a sack breakfast, since we had to leave before breakfast was served. It was a terrific respite for the 9 hours we were in the country.

The hotel was nice, but smell from the bathroom was terrible, in most bathrooms in the hotel actually.

Stayed a few days in November. Clean and nice, polite helpful staff.

Changed room as wifi connection was not working in the first room. First and second rooms were smelly with dirty carpets. Second room lost internet connection next morning. Not perfect when traveling with business. Receptionist , was very nice and helpful. 5 stars for her.
