Very clean! Great staff

Nice hotel...seems a little dated, but nice

We arrived after 10:00 pm after traveling for 15 hours. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The facility is obviously dated, but they have made an effort to spruce things up. When we got to our room, I immediately noticed a white stain on the chair. I do not know why it has not been cleaned in some way. A picture is attached. The beds were comfortable. Also, they had the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. However, there was only one bar of soap in the bathroom, so I had to move it from the sink to the shower and back to the sink. My wife and her mother had the same soap issue in another room on a different floor, so this does not appear to be an oversight. The breakfast bar was also not up to par. The coffee was not good, and the orange juice was like super-strong Tang and not OJ.

This seemed to be an older property that was well maintained, but carpets, trim, doors and windows are showing that age. Dark but it seemed clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The ventilation system was not intrusive as it seemed to maintain a constant sound level rather than loud cycling.

Unable to get a refund after ants were crawling in our bed and face because we booked from Expedia and not the hotel directly. Do not plan to use Expedia again because of this issue.

Basic hotel, rooms were small, needs a little updating.

We stayed in room 103 near the end of the hall. Above us was a heavy walker and the floor squeaked. He walked around a lot! Next to us was an adjoining room with doors closed but someone had a croup cough. We had just travelled for 10 hours. I was so happy when all quieted down by 11pm. And we slept!!🤗

The only way I would stay at this hotel again is if they paid me six figures to do so. The guy that checked us in knew nothing. He didn’t know the price of the incidental fee. He didn’t know where the luggage carts were nor offered to help find them. He didn’t tell me basic info like check out time, if there was breakfast etc. The sheets had small brown stains on them. Pillowcases had mascara. The room is EXTREMELY outdated and we did not feel safe. The A/C unit was loud and smelled. The room was very cramped. Once we sat our luggage down there was no walk way, the bathroom was the most sketchy part and the three of us that stayed in the room weren’t comfortable showering. We paid less money for an extremely nice hotel room in Colorado.

Clean and comfortable

It was fine for the money we paid. No complaints other than the shower head didn't work right and the tub was so slick my daughter used a Terry bath mat in the tub to stand on. Hot tub jets only had a light bubbling, but was super hot and a wonderful relief to tired bodies! Easy access to interstate.

The hot tub was not working. I went to the front desk and asked the guy up at the front desk about. He said he would send the maintenance man out to take a look at it but he never came so we couldn't use the spa. The ladies who worked the desk Friday and Saturday were awesome. The breakfast was ok and the variety was good. Overall I would stay here again.

Very strong chlorine smell when we walked in. One of the rooms smells like mold. Overall clean but older hotel

This was convenient for what we had going on and felt like it was a safe area but breakfast was not good- no fruit and other food pretty flavorless. The carpet is so old and needs to be repainted and updated. Service was fine .

This place was great for my husband and me with our 2 dogs. We had everything we needed. Only issue was there were a few ants.

The hotel employee told me pets stay in bottom rooms so put me in a room on 2nd floor. Pleasantly surprised how nice and clean room and bathroom was. Would stay again. In town for college track meet
