I enjoyed my Hotel , I didn’t get any sleep until after 4am when the people in room 304 was made to leave, I was in 303. Hours

Staff is on point. Easy parking. Well maintained. Property in secluded area, away from traffic and noise yet reasonably convenient to north OKC. Rates are occasionally less competitive from a value standpoint. Cemetery view is a little creepy. All in all, a very comfortable stay though.

Beautiful room, comfy bed.

It was my first time at a Renassance hotel. I am now going to be looking for these everywhere I go. The first impression was strong, I arrived late & the front desk attendant was so kind. I'm fairy picky with beds, pillows & bedding, it was perfect. The mini fridge in the room was a great bonus. Used the gym & sauna in the morning before breakfast, which was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. The coffee was brought to me at the table. Overall very impressed with this stay & I will be back next time I need a hotel in OKC.

A great place to relax and unwind. Makes your travel experience comfortable. Awesome Staff ! Love the door man James. Stop and say hi’ he is the nicest person you would ever meet!!!!

Breakfast was horrible toilet can touch with door shower head may have a mold grout in shower coming out front desk staff Mr Johnson hope name is correct very good and professional but Resturent not keeping well expect some credit on room and I did complain when we checked out

I would like to acknowledge the door man working James. He was so kind and went out of his way to make us feel welcome! He deserves a raise. As for everything else, we were not impressed. I had 3 different surgeries at once and stayed here because it was close to the surgery center. The front desk guy was rude!! We asked for a bowl so I could warm up my soup, he flat out said no. The room had stains on carpet. No microwave so we can had to ask the front desk to warm up my soup in a plastic container since they wouldn't let us borrow a bowl..just not impressed for the price we paid. James was the only good thing about it.

Stayed here several times in the past and always had a very enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel but a bit dated and run down. My room was cleaned daily which was nice. Wish the breakfast was included and that the room had more storage in the bathroom.

I really enjoyed my time there especially with the restaurant staff and Matt, front desk!! Keep up the good work!!

Great property

The front desk people could have been a little more personable. The breakfast buffet should not have been $22. Chuck the bar tender was so fun and so great

Hotel staff was great, the room was nice and clean.

Check in was great. All employees were friendly and helpful. Doorman and receptionist were kind. Brianna took care of my check in

We found bed bugs after being bit the night before. We had other problems from the time of check in. No carts available. We had to find one ourselves. Had to load ourselves-large load and heavy items. Our room was covered with dust. No bottled water very few towels. Terrible set up compared to much less exclusive hotel. But bed bugs were the worst.

Overall, a nice hotel that’s kept clean and has a very nice bunch of employees there to meet/exceed your expectations.

We ran into one employee on our way to a ballgame and he was extremely pleasant and helpful.
