Tile grout in shower is dirty. Room needs renovation but good value. All in all everything was good

Because they own the property next door, they closed many amenities and to get them, you have to go next door. Check-in clerk seemed irritated by something. Before any words were spoken, his comments were terse at best. The roulette dealer that evening made up for it. Friendly, got some points, lost what bought in with.

I hate to say this because I must have accidentally booked a smoking room. To be honest, in this day and age I didn't even realize those still existed. Literally the most disgusting room I've ever experienced. I woke up and my eyes and lungs are still burning. I hope in the future you do away with that. No one should be sleeping in those conditions and breathing that all night. I truly feel sick from it. Very much disappointed.

Complete joke of a property. After paying for the room and fees, you get an extra $136 of random fees. Rooms are outdated to be paying for that price, and hall ways smell.

When we showed up to check in they had overbooked their hotel. Instead of receiving our double queen room they only had a small single queen left. Very cramped room.

I Went out to breakfast with my family and camd back and all my personal belongings where gone and the room was clean and they told me that i checked out at 10:27. When i never did check out. So that made me believe the housekeepers checked me out early knowing my personal belongings where in there and stole them. They took a 100 dollars worth of food my kids shoes and toys, some of my jewelery and a bunch of things i bought while in reno. Worst experience ive ever had at a hotel

Ok place to stay

The Eldorado has always been a favored place to stay, it is lavish,immense,luxurious, and every single employee was excellent and kind and attentive.

We loved the ease of going between several different properties… lots to do! Staff were very kind and helpful. The elevator and lobby smelled strongly of smoke… did not notice this at the GSR or J. (We were there for sporting events.)

The checking-in time was reasonable, room was clean, staff were excellent. There were other patrons who let their kids (at least a dozen) roam in the hallways and were running rampant and yelling. The front desk was informed and the issue was address. Kudos to the staff.

The staff was kind, but the room itself was not cleaned properly. As soon as we set our bags down we noticed used towels piled in the corner of the room. A kind housekeeper bagged them up and took them out but that made a subpar first impression. Also, our HVAC unit did not work, the first night was very hot and stuffy. We got no sleep. That was fixed the next morning for us by a nice man from engineering. That night, it seemed as though their facility filtration system had issues or a neighboring room was chain smoking because we woke up smelling cigarette smoke, like we were in the casino. My husband is asthmatic and had to use his inhaler that night multiple times due to the smoke we smelled in our room. Although we have zero staff complaints, the property itself left us frustrated and feeling like we did not get what we paid for.
