I've stayed at this property several times it's safe and clean and the rooms are comfortable

Perfect location. Bathroom door stuck a little but not a big deal

Mobile Check in was great. The line at 3:30 was horrible. Maybe install more kiosks. I went straight there to avoid the line. All casinos connected, which was really nice.

Customer service was exceptional and the team was very nice. The reason for my low rating is only because of the room. Eldorado has taken away the ability for you to change the thermostat in your own room. While I understand it may save them money to keep all rooms at the same temperature, but when I pay to stay in a room, I want to be comfortable. Instead, I had to use I had to use 2 comforters folded over, plus the sheets from the 2nd bed, just to keep warm. I could not stay in the room unless I was in the bed because it was just too cold. I did increase the thermostat to 85 degrees just to double and triple check, but it did not change. I really liked the Eldorado and have been staying there for the past 7 years, but this changes things. If I cannot be comfortable in my own room, I am going to have to stay elsewhere going forward.

The only problem we had was that the pillows were way too hard. It made sleeping difficult. We've stayed here before and this has not been a problem. We called housekeeping to get them changed but the replacements were the same. I suppose some bean counter decided they were spending too much money on the comfort pillows they used to have. A good night's sleep is one of the most important things when you're traveling. We will not stay there again.

Was alright nothing special.

The hotel was great- friendly staff, clean, nice room. But everything was closed. They tout all these restaurants, but literally no food was available at 10pm. In a casino? Silly. The one 24 hour restaurant is closed on Mondays for cleaning. Dumb. We came there to spend money and Eldorado literally prevented it.

Hotel employees at check-in complained that we booked through Expedia and not directly through them. Most places to eat at the hotel were either open only a few hours a day (check Eldorado web site for places to eat, then check hours they are open for yourself, very disappointing.) All were either closed 3 or 4 days a week or only open a very few hours each day. Casino was open 24 hours but had trouble finding food. Had trouble getting house keeping to service room each day (they wanted to service room only every 3rd day). First time stay and they have NO diagram or map of property to give us. Vending machines on 3 out of 4 floors I checked were not working. Poor service for what room costs, PLUS a $44 per night resort fee. Will NOT book here again.

Our room was decorated in the 70s look, i feel we got this room because it was an expedia rate. The room was clean however. It would have been nice if the resort rate was optional it was alot of money for 2 bottles of water. Our keys could have been programmed to not allow pool and workout room. That is a scam when people just need a place to rest and to go on their journey, i will not be staying in Reno again.Nothing to rave about.

We had a wonderful time. My only complaint was that the only room available was a smoking room, and it stuck horribly and there was no way to air it out., but otherwise everything was perfect.

The front desk staff are pretty rude. So if you don’t check in by internet you’ll deal with their unpleasantness. The room was rundown, now I know why the guy checking us in asked if we wanted an upgrade. The AC didn’t function well. The shower fixtures were broken. The TV worked half the time. Parking was partially blocked off due to maintenance. Half the stores are not open. The slot machines are over the top tight. After dropping quite a bit of money we decided to find other things to do. Believe me the was a task. You go to Reno to gamble. We tried the surrounding casinos but they were no better. Sadly I believe Reno is going under. So I guess that’s why the slots are tight. Well that was my last trip there. If you go and stay here, have low expectations.
