Room was fine but lobby was a mess

Kinda sketchy activity outside, overall okay stay

The building was quiet and roomhad proper curtains for room darkening. But the room and hallway had stale old smell. The king bed sheets were clean, but so old the elastic on fitted sheet didn’t keep the sheet in place and were yellowed and scratchy. Also lotion bottle I was opened and half used!

They sent me a link to check in i used it. When i got there the guy told me to leave. He refused to give me my room keys and told me to leave. I paid for the room and provided my credit card for incidental hold on the link that was used. I was refused room.

I would give this place a zero if it was allowed!

Fruit loops, a banana and a waffle maker

Front desk is super nice.

The clerk at the front desk was friendly. I wish they had more hot food at breakfast. All they had for breakfast was a waffle maker, milk, Sunny D, coffee, white bread and toaster, and Raisin Bran and Froot Loops and coffee. The hairdryer in my room (217) didn't work, but I brought my own so it wasn't a big deal. The room was clean and I liked that they had a laundry room. The pool is closed. There is no workout room. Overall, it was a good value and I'd stay here again.

Fast easy check in

There was a bad smell in the hallways. No one around to assist and the continental breakfast consisted of a gallon of milk, a loaf of bread and some waffle mix. Just disappointed. I guess one gets what one pays for. We were there to attend a funeral, so we weren't around much.

There are some issues overall with cleansliness around the hotel. And outside and in the hallways, but other than that, the room seemed to be spacious, convenient and clean period

Business meeting with all of my staff. This is annually meeting. Room/Hall way/Noise/Clean. Over all, this stay is a lot better then last visit.

My stay was not very good

I pre-registered—took a picture of my ID, entered my license plate, entered credit card info—it took a good 10 minutes. When we got there, they had no info and we had to do it all again. We’d reserved a handicap accessible room, and were placed in a room on the second floor. The seat on the toilet was up and there was an old wrapper in the ice bucket. Breakfast was a waffle maker, Sunny D and a loaf of white bread. The waffle batter came out like water and then a big clump. When the waffle was “done”, it split open and was gooey inside. Staff was nice, but we won’t be back.

Sheets and towels looked dirty Very loud at night and early morning

Says it's non smoking but can clearly smell both kinds of smoke. Hot water in shower was just dripping though the cold was full blast. Told the clerk at checkout and he just said ok, no apology who knows if he even let maintenance know.

Came to my door 5-10 minutes after I got there and said my guests had to leave. They where there helping us and if we didn’t pay and extra $50 I was getting kicked out too. We just got there 10 minutes previously. I would like a full refund for last night now!

Upon entry i noticed a very over powering odor of insence.... they were nice enough to allow us to check in early... when we returned after our plans we were disappointed to find out there was no pool or hot tub(even thought they were advertised).. beds were comfortable though... hoping breakfast is edible

The place looked ok on the Expedia website but it’s in a bad area and it’s basically a dump.
