Beautiful remodel on this architecturally significant structure by renowned Architect John Portman. Stay in a north facing room, upper stories.

Ting in and out thru the cuty to the hotel is easy and theres a bunch of food and things to do around the hotel, go tonhotel from now on

Nice , clean and very quiet place.. the only one thing, I would like to have two robes for the room with a king bed.. , because it not ok to share one robe with my husband. The another good thing is to have Nespresso machine in the room.. Otherwise, it is the best experience I’ve ever had!

Overall a great stay, loved the location, the room and the view was out of this world. Service was top notch and very friendly. The bed was one of the more comfortable ones that I’ve experienced in any hotel. One critique the elevators might stand with a little maintenance, one of the elevators made a terrible metal scrapping noise when going to our floor on 24, it definitely didn’t sound normal and was a bit concerning. That aside I would easily book again on our next trip.

The only issue is the door to the outside didn't close, and so I heard A LOT of street noise.

This is a beautiful and relaxing Hotel. The design and fixtures are top of the line. Great location & walkable to Restaurants. Very clean and staff are friendly & accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Great for our weekend get away.

My first time and was greeted perfectly

So happy we stayed here! We had connecting rooms, and the staff were able to accommodate our request for early check-in/late check-out. Rooms were very clean & the views of the Bay and Transamerica Building were a great bonus! Easy walk (10 min.) from the Ferry Building. Close to cable car stop. We took public transit (Streetcar) from the Ferry Building/Embarcadero to Pier 39. Rooms were very clean & the views of the bay and Transamerica Building were such a great bonus! We will be back!!

Our experience with the hotel itself was great, the rating is relating to the valet service. items were stolen from our car, a brand new set of Adidas samba shoes, a duffle bag and a kindle tablet.
