Well, the staff and overall stay was very nice. However, I suffer from health injuries and I NEEDED a hotel with jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was out of service for 2 whole days maybe 3. I did not check the first day...
I understand but when I called after (checking out was crowded and heading to the airport to catch flight) to see if there might be some compensation they denied having a jacuzzi out of order! The front desk said it had been open. Both my daughter and I saw the closed signs and checked and water was ice cold.
Who does that?!! If they don't feel a compensation or refund is appropriate fine, but to say it was not closed? Really? After going up and down several times for several days to check...
I am surprised and shocked but lesson learned: DO NOT ATTEMPT AFTER STAY to discuss conditions.
