Rooms clean, beds comfortable and resturant inside

All our meals were freshly prepared and delicious. The staff everywhere was attentive , patient and knowledgeable. Thank you very much ! Our stay was wonderful and we will return!

There were a good variety of shops in the mall conveniently attached to the hotel. All the staff were efficient and personable, we enjoyed our stay even though it was for one night.

Perfect, I don’t stay anywhere else

Newly renovated but the heating system starting up every 15 minutes all night long and sounding like an airplane was terrible. We were there with a group and multiple families had the same issue, having to wear earplugs to go to sleep in a newly renovated hotel was a little frustrating.

Hotel was in a convenient location. I was not impressed that we were notified of the ongoing renovations to the building after we had already booked a nonrefundable stay. We endured two sleepless nights due to noise from other guests partying in the hallways,(hockey teams) staff was unable to relocate as there was limited room selection due to the reno’s. The staff were friendly and empathetic, but our experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. The parking fee was waived as compensation.

Hotel was great but hockey teams kept us up all night and were running all over the hotel. They were running around the lobby and playing hockey in the hall outside of our room! Not impressed.

Way finding signage from the parking garage could have been better, since the hotel recently changed names/ownership so the references to Hotel Halifax were a bit confusing. Otherwise it was a lovely hotel. Had a lovely stay. Quiet. Very helpful staff.

Beautiful renovations and cleanliness but the fan/heater unit is very noisy and we had to shut it off completely to sleep
