Clean room, good breakfast and reasonable rate

The room is clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast buffet is great.

Hotel was very nice. Friendly staff, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was a nice extra. Parking was also included. Lone star restaurant directly behind the hotel was great for dinner. We will return.

The hotel is well situated at walking distance from all services and near I-417, just 10 minutes from ottawa. The room was very neat and clean, the pillows and bed were comfortable. The continental breakfast had warm meals and abundance of snacks. The room had a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of different flavours and water bottles were also included. The hotel was very tidy inside and outside and the doors well secured. I will return anytime

Excellent location; near the 417 as well walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and safe with excellent staff. Will stay here next time we're going through Ottawa.

Went an over night when my child had a game in the area. Breakfast available, little gym that met my needs and a clean room. For the price it was excellent.

Renovations better than expected...staff was very efficient...room clean...bed was very comfortable ...clean crisp sheets...only negative was an odor from the a/c...need to change the filter..

The rooms were very clean and nice. The continental breakfast was way better than most. The only turnoff was the prostitutes entering the building, we stayed one night and noticed two who entered the building within a couple of hours of each other.

Too noisy. Cannot sleep because of the air condition just beside the bed. No way to avoid it

The sound insulation is poor. One can hear any neighbour, the hallways and operating elevators. It houses many truckers and their vehicles can be heard throughout the night. Not worth the lack of sleep. And short-sheeting the bedding seems bizarre.
