Luxury hotel in Zona T close to shopping and one of the best restaurants in Bogota. Excellent breakfast with good variety and quality. Very friendly staff that make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Housekeeping is punctual and impeccable. Easy transportation and hotel can arrange to pick you up from airport as well as elect drivers to take you around town upon your request. Overall excellent experience. Highly recommend this hotel

room was with a terrible bad odor , that was never solved , even the intentions was so ... I complained 5 times about it and never received a solution .

This hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the entertainment district, with lots of restaurants and shops and it feels safe to walk around the neighbourhood. The service of the staff is exceptional! Especially, Camilo one of the concierge executives, who attended to all our wishes. The rooms are a bit noisy, so please try to insulate the rooms better. All in all a very nice experience staying at the Sofitel regina Bogota.

My experience at the hotel was not the best. The mattress on the bed was uneven and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good rest. Additionally, when I tried to lower the curtain, it fell down. To my surprise, when I arrived, I was greeted with a letter addressed to a name that wasn’t mine, which was confusing. The room was a bit rundown and in need of maintenance. I also noticed that the toilet had a visible stain that I had to remove before using it. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations, and there were several issues that impacted my stay.

Lovely hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful . The room was a bit dated but very nice . The bed was very comfortable. The room was peaceful and even though facing a busy street, was not noisy at all. The breakfast was great. The room was great value for the quality. My only complaint was that the toilet in my room (606) was not flushing optimally.
