The bed sheets were so gross. You could see the dirt when you put it up to the light. So bad

The rooms need to be updated internet wise. No frills but nice view of the harbor.

Nice room. The shop in the hotel has a terrible selection of items.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and beautiful views. Location was great for cruise port.

Outstanding place!

The harbor view was the best thing about this hotel. There was no hand soap in bathroom when we entered room. We had to ask for more towels, coffee, cups, creamer and sugar. The Wifi was not working during the stay. These little things were just annoying. When we ask for the items, the staff brought them quickly but not having enough items in the room just gave a bad vibe

The room was good, normal room. The beds were super uncomfortable and hard, was not able to get a good rest. Seems like hotels are more about economical than comfortable. It had great views which we did appreciate and enjoyed.

Clean and spacious rooms, wonderful bar on the bay, great place to see Christmas boat parade, friendly staff.

Never got there. Plane trip canceled. Expedia problems.

The hotel was perfectly close to many San Diego attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. The food in the Panoramic was good and M&M the server was awesome and funny. I am planning to return.

Heater didn’t work and hot water took forever to get hot

The room was perfect. Roomy, modern, clean and it came with an inspirational view of San Diego Harbor.
