The room was lovely and large. They have upgraded us because it was a 55th wedding anniversary trip. The staff were really nice and helpful although sometimes their English wasn’t very good.. the Uber to wherever we wanted to go were definitely cheap. The only problem was the last night we had ordered room service from the French restaurant. The filet mignon was tough and hard to chew. We actually didn’t eat it. Also they charged us for a portable table $15. We never requested that when we complained to the restaurant they offered us a 15% discount on our next meal there. That was really tacky. We would stay at the hotel but not eat at the French restaurant. We had room service many times and we have no complaints about the meals from other restaurants in the hotel, Fran and Larry.

Front desk staff could be improved to provide better customer service

The hotel is rundown and needs major update. They are multiple carpet stains throughout. The reception area needs some major attention. We upgraded to a two bedroom suite and the AC did not work right, the furniture is outdated, there were cracks and chips in all of the doors, some of the light switches were so old that they have turned yellow. Even some of the outlets did not work properly. It would have been cheaper to stay in a one star hotel

My family and I absolutely love this hotel. This is our third time staying at this location. The staff are all always very polite and pleasant. It is always super clean and rooms are spacious. Our favorite thing is the breakfast buffet! So many options available everyday. Shout out to staff member Oscar who always took care of us! He would always have our drinks ready and anxious to serve. I highly recommend this hotel. I can't wait to go back!

The facility doesn’t look as clean as the pictures the rooms felt dirty from the moment we walked in, pool was nasty and beyond cloudy it’s only 4ft and you couldn’t even see your feet at the bottom of the pool. Front staff had mentioned we would receive free buffet breakfast but it turned out to be for 1 person & we traveled as a family of 4. So once we received our tab we were confused. Comment was brought up to their attention but staff are definitely trained to get you.
