Besides being a first class hotel, everyone spoke English which was apprediated. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet was terrific, well worth the price.

The staff were super friendly and the location was good for the wedding we were attending. The property is a bit tired and dated. The breakfast was OK nothing special. The towels were like chlorine sandpaper. Our first room was small and had a broken air conditioner. They moved us to a spacious room with AC that just about worked. It was priced well for what we got.

Dirty room. Found hair in the restroom/room Mini fridge filthy. Horrible paint job in the room and restroom. Very disappointed for a 4 star hotel. There was no water available in the room and or coffee. Horrible experience

Siempre disfruto quedarme en los hoteles de la Cadena. Y me gustó mucho el de Guadalajara. No lo conocía y está muy cómodo, funcional, bien ubicado y su personal es fantástico. Muchas gracias.

Needs updates

No me gustó la indiferencia de los ejecutivos de venta. De ahí en adelante es #1 en todo.

El hotel es bueno, pero el servicio es muy c y los costos de los rearaurantes es ridículo. Conviene mas salir a comer.

Hotel was very outdated. Ac didn’t work. Showers were very old. Just not a good experience.

Much lower standard than other Intercontinental Hotels. Breakfast quality is low, the coffee is substandard, lights at the restaurant are poor and not well maintained. The above is not in line with the price.
