Exceptional room. But the gin tonic very expensive

I thought the hotel was so so. I arrived early morning and my room was not ready. As hotel was full, they could not offer me a place to relax. Receptionist called me back about 1 pm that the room was ready: to my pleasant surprise, I was upgraded to a suite. However, in the suite, there was only one vent to the bedroom area, none for the rest of the unit (bathroom, hallway and mini-kitchen, which was cold). It would have been ok if the weather was not so cold (it was 0 to 5 degrees C). Lobby was ok and the restaurant was just a place to eat. Staff were nice and helpful, but that did not make up for the lack of ambience and comfort. IMO, this property does not merit a 5-star rating.

A gem of a hotel. Ideally located near the arc De Triomphe this hotel offers fantastic service, delicious food and the room was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a stay. The reception was always available and happy to help with any requests you may have from hotel requests to sorting bookings for meals and events you might want to attend while in Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel for a bit of luxury to enhance your visit.

Stuff was great. I liked the rooms. The lobby was too simple, i didn't like it. Also I didn’t like the breakfast.

What wonderful people at the Hotel Majestic!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If Paris is the city of love, then the Majestic Hotel is the hotel of comfort! From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and welcoming. Our room was surprisingly spacious (a true Parisian unicorn 🦄) with the softest beds, pillows, and sheets—basically the kind of setup that makes you want to cancel sightseeing and just lounge all day. The details here are chef’s kiss: big fluffy towels (not the tiny ones you usually get in Europe), a shower with actual water pressure and perfect temperature, and elevators that don’t leave you waiting an eternity. My kids are still raving about the pool! Such a nice extra when traveling with kiddos. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the Champs-Élysées and countless dining options—yet tucked in a quiet spot so we actually got peaceful nights of sleep. And the staff? Kind, helpful, and genuinely delightful. All in all, 10/10. A rare gem in Paris that manages to be both luxurious and family-friendly. We’ll be back! ✨

We loved the pool. The staff was so polite and always ready to help. Language was not an issue all key staffers are fluent in English. Room is larger than expected. Love the shutters makes sleeping in so easy. Love the turn down service. Hotel is Immaculate;-)

Beautiful hotel and pool. Staff was there to all our needs. Most hotels have small rooms. The family suite includes two full sized rooms. Very spacious and the bathrooms are very nice.

Spent time in Paris as part of a bike trip. The location was perfect for easy access to best of class dining, shopping, museums and historic sites.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area near Arc de Triomphe. Room was gorgeous, service friendly and helpful, and the typical hotel buffet breakfast was a cut above the many we’ve experienced.

The property was located in a great area closed to the Arc of Triumph so was very easy to walk from and to the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, big and with all the needs I expected. The prices at the mini bar were extremely expensive, for example just a tea was 8 euros, which is outrageous The day we did the check in we decided to get breakfast at the hotel, that was a big mistake because was not included for that day, we paid 38 euros per person -the rest of the days our breakfast was included in the rate. The last day we did the check out very early and we couldn't get breakfast but the hotel did not want to recognize that. Overall it was a nice and safe hotel. Well kept and comfortable.
