Clear room

Excellent location. Clean rooms. We did find the pillows to be quite lumpy. You could tell the were on the bed for a while as the center as clear indents all the stuffing moved to the outer part of the pillow. There were no bathrobes.

Excellent location and friendly staff. 4 out of 5 stars for property maintenance only because of construction and building maintenance. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel, clean and very comfortable. Upscale feel but also cozy. Loved that they think of tea drinkers by providing a kettle and tea as well.

Overall, the stay was decent, but for the price, the Executive Class King room was not nearly as extravagant as expected. The room itself was also smaller than anticipated. The elevators felt quite dated, and the check-in wait was over 10 minutes, which wasn’t a great first impression. The pool and hot tub area were also very dated and smaller than expected. The restaurant was disappointing as well — overpriced for the portion sizes served. Another downside was how thin the windows seemed to be, as downtown traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. On the positive side, the valet service was fantastic and easily one of the highlights of the experience. The staff handling valet were professional, quick, and very friendly.

Great beds, clean and comfortable. Good well equipped gym which is 24 hour! Plus a nice pool that has good hours. Breakfast off the menu was great especially the breakfast sandwich, give it a try you won’t be disappointed!

I booked a room (for 6 nights) with a view to the park, but was surprised after l checked in arround 6 pm, they put me in a back room in facing maintenance area. I want back to the reception and they changed my room facing the park (as per my booking). But the surprise was the windows and the view was blocked be cause they were making maintenance of the facade of the building. It was late and I was tired and has no choice at the time but to acceptfor the night. What added insult to injury l was awakened at 8 in the morning by the noise of workers and drilling on the exact level on the walls next to my room (831). The odd thing is, not all rooms facing the park were covered and under maintenance/ construction. The next day I complained to the receptionist and they apologized as the don't have any availability and they promised to change the room but never did. I had stay the full period with this inconvenience.. as they have took the full amount of my stay once I checked in.. and was not refundable. One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered.

The breakfast was good overall, and the staff were very friendly and quick to assist. However, there were limited options available for gluten-free diets, which was a bit disappointing. With a few more inclusive choices, the experience would be even better.

Love the valet parking. Location is close to all things downtown walking distance. Great ambience in the dining area and bar. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Tout était très bien. La chambre était propre et le personnel très attentionné. Nous nous sommes senti à la maison. Notre enfant de 4 ans a tout aimé aussi. Par contre, il n'y avait pas de bain dans notre chambre seulement une douche. Peut être à prévoir pour les bébés.
