It’s was good experience staying in hotel

A bit of a let down

check in staff was awesome. our upstairs neighbors on the first night kept us up at night. our room was clean but there was trash in parking lot and outside our door.

This hotel has everything you need. It just needs some tender loving care.

Friendly front desk clerks , cleans , quiet and accessible parking . Very satisfied with our stay. I’ll book again someday

All sounds came through walls; not enough pillows or towels for 4 people.

It's an older property in an older part of Chula Vista. Ok, for the price it was alright. The staff were nice.

No iron or ironing board, lock were very difficult on door to enter.

Clean,quiet, roomy. The parking lot had a lot of trash.

The desk attendants did a great job, but the rooms are very dirty and stinky,

The room was ok for 1 night, we just slept there and left in the morning but it wasn’t that clean. The staff is real nice though, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Wont ever stay there

Overall was a C+ needs improvement. Next time will reach out for another hotel. My desire and taste (expectations) was not met. But staying at this Hotel just did the job. Thanks.

I do t usually leave reviews but If want other to know before hand. We saw decent reviews about this place, but after arriving the room was disgusting. Not enough outlets available to charge our devices. Split ac unit was located in the bathroom area and did not turn on. We found out it was the gfi that popped. There is mold growing everywhere in the shower/bathtub and window. There were also not many parking spots available. This place was worse than a motel 6 in AZ. Overall the room was disgusting.

Had a very bad stay after one staff member issued a key to my room to a homeless man.. he slept in my room ate my door and drinks I had there for the week.. I’m working from n national city there for I go grocery shopping for the week.. I didn’t the manager took it to accommodate us all she did was provided us with another room.. we needed another night she didn’t do anything to help us….i am asking for a refund of the groceries,, we had to throw away out toiletries because the individual took a shower and who’s knows what else he used… My phone number is 909 721 1403 Daniel sanchez

The staff was nice, but the room was not clean. There was hair on the sheets, which made it feel like they hadn’t been replaced between guests.

The bed was comfy but the shower had low pressure and didn’t get very hot. The chairs were dirty. Overall it was a good place to stay overnight.

More efficiency while clearing spaces from hallways to allow people staffed in rooms to enjoy the facilities Partnering up w/ policy and deep diving how we can improve to allow was I just mentioned to happen. I get that guests can enjoy being outiside the rooms and making loud conversations by property can get away w/ this saying to them that by safety every space outside the rooms needs to be free in case there’s a safety issue / emergency
