I had stayed at this property for a month just as the pandemic was winding down, and it was not a pleasant experience. HOWEVER, the transformation in the overall feel of the place has improved dramatically. Everything felt better, it felt safer, cleaner, more modern. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was very nice, and everything in the room was in proper working order. The exterior, the pool, the parking lot, all looked well maintained. I definitely felt like the management “cared” about the product they were offering, as it should be. Before, it was as if they could’ve cared less. I will definitely be back, and I would recommend that everyone consider Red Roof Inn on their next visit to St. Pete.

The staff at red roof have always been professional.I prepay and book online, walk in sign .The quickest check in i've ever had.... i do stay at this hotel frequently.And even when there has been a problem and I've had to change my book in.Everybody has been helpful

Peaceful

Our room was roach infested. We had to throw away food and some of our things due to the condition of the room. The people walking around the outside early in the morning when my husband left for work made him so uncomfortable to leave me with our 2 small children. We couldn’t get out fast enough. One

The front desk staff are very accommodating and let me check in earlier without a problem. Housekeeping is very friendly and helpful

Nice place to stay

Upon arrival front desk employee was excellent very nice caring considerate knew what she was doing knew her job and I give her a plus plus.

Close to beaches and entertainment. Room was clean and comfortable.

Smoke-filled room.Mosquitoes in room could not sleep

If u could upload photos, I would. Sheets stained with obvious bodily fluids and hair, wrong sheets on it. Mold in the bathroom. Dirt, bugs, unknown substances all over. I had to wait to check in until Celeste was done making her hair appointment. I walked in the room and within 5 minutes returned my key and left.

This place is gross, I wish I could’ve picked somewhere else to stay. They have no refunds. I already tried to get a refund. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Better sleep on the car

The staff here is amazing and I love the courtyard and pool. The room is clean and comfortable but the bed is a little too hard for my taste. I really like this hotel overall.
