Per the company website and Hotels.com, there was supposed to be an outdoor pool and a free hot breakfast included with the stay. However, the outdoor pool was closed the entire time my family and I were there and the only offerings for breakfast were a few muffins, 2 types of dry cereal, milk, waffle batter, and bread (if you asked for it). The Welcome/Amenity sheet in each room even describes the "Easy Start-Free Breakfast" as "Complimentary Full Breakfast, which includes biscuits, gravy, waffles, juice, backed goods and much more" Those are my primary complaints. My family and I would have stayed elsewhere had we known in advance. Additional complaints include the 'fitness center' having no equipment except for 1 elliptical machine and 1 recumbant bike, half the washer and dryers were out of order, half the handles were missing from all the drawers in my room, there was exposed wiring in the wall going to the tv as well as where the smoke alarm in the ceiling was supposed to be, the bottom of the tub looked dirty, the shower walls were cracked, the shower head had either black mold or grime, staff entered my room despite my use of their 'do not disturb' door hanger and my asking the front desk staff member not to, and there were bags of garbage and broken glass under the stairs to the 2nd floor for the entirety of my stay. Attempts to speak with staff were fruitless and manager is absentee and unresponsive.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! They advertise a pool, it is not open and does not look like it has been in a while. They advertise a hot breakfast and it is cold cereal and a muffin, if you are lucky. The room was extremely run down and dirty. The bath tub was very slippery and very dangerous for older people. Room service was there once in four days. We had to go to the front desk for additional trash bags. The floor was so dirty the bottom of my socks were black! It was an incredibly horrible stay for my husband and I, and our son, who had his own room that was just as bad!!

Bed terrible, only 1 towel in room for 2 people, shower nasty and looked like mold on the shower mat, paint scraped off wall, just overall had bad dirty feeling to it.

The room was dirty, the bed was dirty and awful. The lock on the door did not work.

The host didn't like the discount u guys gave me so he put me in the worst room in the building. 153. It didn't have a sitting area or nothing. Just bed TV n table. I visited there before I know they got good rooms I was very disappointed

The hotel was ok there was a small leak in the ceiling before we left and I hen they didn’t have no complimentary breakfast we had to go to McDonalds and get breakfast

They advised a buffet breakfast and that was far from the truth

It’s clean and the desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It obvious they have done some up grades…new flooring and refrigerators and TV’s. But there are globs of paint in the sink and some of the towels need to be bleached. The iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are old and badly rusted. But. It is a smoking room and that’s hard to find.

Dated property rooms are clean easy off 40 seems to be safe a lot going on around the area a bed and shower for a good price

The door security latch was broken. Could only lock door with deadbolt. The bed was uncomfortable. Staff was nice and friendly at check in.

The room was nasty. They wouldn't let us change rooms. The sheets and blankets and pillowcases only bad. We're disgustand they wouldn't even give us news betting or pillow cases. Overall, the worst hotel stay ever. I do not recommend to anyone

The room was okay. The shower control was installed backwards. Needed caulking work arount tub area. The baby coffee maker sucked. Otherwise, it was a warm room with a bed. I would stay again.

Missing smoke detector.No phone cord.Missing iron, ironing board and hair dryer.No room service.We had to change burnt light bulbs ourselves.No response from management.My wife lost her expensive jacket in the room.Had to call the police.Nothing to have with bread for breakfast.Empty juice machine.No tea bag.No fruit.Careless attitude about customers.

I don't know how many chargers they have on the premises. But I saw a Tesla being charged in the back parking lot. You may want to inquire about it.
