Loved the new Remodel to the pools!!! New Cabanas/pools are amazing! Love the new bar and outside seating area! Firepit patio room was great!!

Friendly staff and nice amenities. Very large pool with Shepherd area for adults only. Biggest complaint is the price they charge for cabanas. $750 for small and $1000 for a large per day. I was in Hawaii and only spent $150 for a cabana on the beach for a day. Other than that very nice facility.

Great stay!

Hotel was amazing. Staff were friendly,the rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was by far one of the best pools I've been to here in Scottsdale. Will definitely be back!

It was a beautiful resort. Nothing I didn't like.

I loved the design of the property. Very beautiful resort style and overall my stay was enjoyable. The best highlight would be the pool and the friendliness of the resort employees! However, there were some things I did not like . I did not like that I was not made aware of property renovations before coming regarding the elevator. That was down my entire stay and I had to walk up flights of stairs. Which was very inconvenient. Housekeeping was very slow cleaning and restocking. The food was okay.

Enjoyed the pools and indoor and outdoor areas to sit and relax and listen to music. Staff was welcoming and courteous .

This stay was for my son’s birthday. I called as soon as I booked and requested the rooms be next to each other. The person I spoke with said our rooms would be next to eachother supposedly put both rooms under one name. I have no idea how our rooms were under my husband and I separately- I only added him as another adult guest. Our two rooms were on opposite sides of the hotel and it was Memorial Day weekend so they couldn’t accommodate us on the day of hence why I called months ago when I booked.

A well thought out resort and beautiful property. The recent renovations are wonderful and we only wish we could have stayed longer! Everyone was very friendly and willing to help.

I do not like the new renovations. The water features were what made this hotel grand . They took out the pond snd waterfalls by the pool. Prolly wont go back after going for 40 years .

Too bad

My wife and I stayed for a birthday/Mother’s Day staycation and the hotel was very spacious and the pools and staff were very friendly and helped out with whatever we needed. Definitely will be visiting the hotel again

Hotel is great but service not so much - complained that the quiet hours were not quiet at all and the front desk manager did nothing about it.

It a very nice property . But , it seems under staffed . Tried to call for room service and they never answered.Same with one of there restaurants. I tried to cancel our reservation and no one picked up. Additionally. There market didn’t have any choices in bottled waters . Only there glass Sedona water .
