We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and the spacious breakfast area with a lot of food options.

My family and I spent one night at this hotel recently while on a road trip through Colorado. We stopped in Cortez because of its proximity to Mesa Verde National Park. I have to say, for this large a hotel with so many families, it was actually pretty quiet. There is one elevator, and it's centrally located. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was decent. I recommend this hotel.

The continental breakfast was better than average, including hot offerings like bacon and hash browns.

Very comfortable beds. Welcoming and helpful staff. Clean room. One of the better breakfasts for a hotel chain. Convenient parking. Located on the edge of town so had to drive to restaurants. Convenient distance to Mesa Verde. Good value.

It was okay. It's a 'wanna be" 3 star. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The rooms are nice, just not super clean.

Every thing was good

The view from our room (#324) was very nice and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean except for some hairs on the shower wall and a hair scrungee left in the shower. When we arrived in our room the chest under the TV and the nightstand were both pulled way out from the walls. The TV did not work well initially. The sink faucet was hard to turn on. Some upkeep is needed in the room and bathroom. The breakfast choices were very good but some hot foods were only lukewarm.

Many small town hotels on our roadtrip have been underwhelming. However this stay refreshed us all. Indoor pool with a high atrium, heart shaped hot tub, and great breakfast area. The rooms were clean and fresh as well.

Clean and polite staff. Have already booked another stay. The room layout is really nice.
