In the past the property and staff were excellent. This last visit was deplorable. Card reader to our rooms we're not working, microwave was not working, No hot water for showering, and lastly. The elevator was not working, for the rest of stay. Had to call the fire department to exit the property. Some how I managed to still have a great Birthday Party. Anyone reading this post. Call in advance, before booking if you're interested in staying at this hotel. I'm giving you fare warning.

From desk are nice. Property is good for an overnight stay. Long term don’t recommend. You have to request housekeeping, and they don’t clean they just change towels and remove trash. Beds are comfy. Other than that breakfast is the same everyday

Crackhead hangout

Not cleaned. Leaky pipes. Felt like a halfway apartment. Didn't have supplies.

No hot water, key sistem down, no toilet paper, wall have a hole, wire hang out from wall.

Room was great, perfect for my family size

The online ratings of this hotel are not correct. It should be rated a 2-star hotel. Trash all around the property... Rooms were nonetheless clean but we will never again stay here! There also is not a daily room service. Very meager room towels. The bed was comfortable enough but we felt terrible there!

We booked for the kitchenette and what we got suited the purpose. Check in was fast, as the staff did not engage at all. Our toilet ran constantly and the bath tub leaked. The pool had no towels available and when we requested some not enough for our family was provided.

I typically avoid reviews in general more so negative ones, because I feel bad for the owners. I usually give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking that maybe I stayed there on a bad day. However, I felt it was necessary to leave a review this time for the sake of anyone considering booking this place. DO NOT book here! The pictures and profile of this place do not match the actual accommodations. As soon as you walk in, there is an overpowering smell of cleaning products. They seem to be trying to mask other unpleasant odors by using excessive cleaners. My room was dirty; it had a hole in the wall and hair was in the sheets of another room.This place did not feel safe at all. It has a vibe that resembles a hotel used for illicit activities, especially since there is a strip club just a block away. There were homeless individuals walking the streets, and in the corner of the hotel's parking lot, there were men drinking and smoking. I highly discourage anyone from staying here, especially if traveling with children. I did not stay here I ended up leaving this place and booking another place, the Embassy Suites by Hilton, and the price difference was only about $20 in a safe location Well worth it ! Do your research you’ll find a way better place at the same cost, trust me I regret not doing mine beforehand.

Absolutely dirty & horrible property. The worst that I have seen in my life so far ! Even after a month they haven’t refunded the security deposit of $100 ! This means that they are not reliable, trustworthy & are thieves !

Good and relaxing

It would be nice if it was gated but very accommodating and greatly appreciated the upgrade when sold out upon arrival

Good value and good breakfast. Pool was nice but hot tub was not working. Bed was too hard. Property needs renovation because it’s too worn. Staff was friendly.

Noise from cars racing on the road and people talking half of the night within the complex. Walls unfinished painting.

Nice place. Quiet and sorpricely with nice breakfast and planty spece and patio to seat...

Just a great place to stay

Golf , pool and walking distance

It was a good stay although the electricity din work in the sleeping area. I did let management know but by check out time it was still not working. But our overall staying experience was great

Love the friendly clerk n her service. I would love to stay there again
