This is the third time in the last 5 years we’ve been here.

We’ve been going to the Lodge for a few years now and always loved it. However, coming back after a 1.5 year break was not up to our expectations. Though the room was quiet, the bed mattresses were hard to sleep on. We didn’t sleep much because of that. The hotel is getting run down from so much use and the spa needs some updating from outside. We still enjoyed it but sleeping wasn’t great due to hard mattresses.

The staff went above and beyond when I mentioned the trip was for my birthday. They were awesome and even decorated the room! Made my birthday!

Keystone Lodge and Spa provided excellent accommodations at an affordable price. Featuring several amenities along with easy access to other resorts while enjoying breathtaking views. The staff were professional courteous and friendly. A great place for a family getaway or a business trip.

This hotel was beautiful! The atmosphere is so peaceful and the staff are wonderful. So many amenities that just made this experience even more enjoyable. The rooms was spacious and the beds are so comfortable. My husband and I cannot wait to come back!

Overall good. Little run down in rooms and no air. But area is beautiful. I loved the lake. We enjoyed ourselves. Tax was expensive!

Would like more food options

Went to celebrate a birthday. The staff was incredibly helpful to arrange a surprise for us. The room was amazing, clean, comfortable and beautiful views.

Such a gorgeous resort! Everyone was so friendly. Food was excellent and the flowers were breath taking.

Really nice Colorado mountain getaway!

Ther was a n announcement to evacuate the hotel at 10pm and wait outside until it was safe

Keystone Lodge was the perfect place to have a night away with the family! Everything was perfect, beautiful location and a close walk to dinner. Definitely will be back!

Great spot

I prefer gateway lodge but this is definitely ‘classier’ so to speak. Wish I could afford this during ski season. Awesome staff

Nice staff

Property is old and needs updating. When we arrived in our room the carpet was still wet and smelled like pet urine.

Hotel was understaffed

Our room was very good considering the age of the property. The property itself is a bit "tired" looking, and there are few activities to enjoy (the pool was nice, though). Breckenridge and even Winter Park offer a more vibrant atmosphere.

Highlight was the pool and spa area. Perfectly heated outdoor pool. (Usually pools are too cold.) Indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Plenty of towels. Dining: Pizza place, morning cafe, and dinner restaurant very small grocery all on site. The food and service were good and reasonably priced. Kind of cool that you don’t need to leave. But there are some easy and hard hiking trails close by. The bigger village of shopping and restaurants is a mile or so east. Quick drive or you can walk, it’s connected by sidewalk trail. There are other cool features on the property. The flavored water machine was a bit. The pool table and free arcade game in the game room. Almost a perfect family stay, except one thing … There were many dogs during our summer stay. Some were off leash and large. The resort should warn guests to keep dogs leashed in common areas. There were also a few dog-on-dog conflicts.
