We had a few complaints we address with the front desk

Overall this is a nice hotel option for our weekend stay for an area ball tournament. Nice location with access to restaurants on site and nearby. Very nice pool area & convenient access from our rooms, which is what attracted us to this hotel in the first place. The facility and rooms are very outdated ... 90s vibe, but the beds were comfortable, it was quiet at night, room was clean, and our group enjoyed our stay.

This is the third time I have stayed at this property and the first time I have been disappointed. Upon arrival, at check-in I was told my room was on the second floor. I didn't really think that would be an issue, however there was no elevator and I have a broken foot. I asked to switch to a first floor room(I said I didn't care if it was a different or lessor room). The person at the desk said no way because I booked online. I guess I should have pressed harder and maybe asked for a manager, especially after she just stared at me struggling to carry my large suitcase up the stairs. I may rethink where I stay next time I'm in town.

Nice hotel with a great bar & grill and a fantastic indoor pool and patio area. Great value!

Very slow internet

The room had some signs of age and wear, but was overall nice. The pool area was nice as well. The staff was so helpful at check in/out and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great and well organized! Overall was a nice affordable stay and will recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

Nice family hotel with an amazing pool and hot tub. The attach restaurant was good. Parking was ok. Stayed there as part of a group for a local event and was pleasantly surprised with the service and staff. The property is older and needs a little work in a few places. Will definitely stay there again next year for this event.

It's OK. The room was nice and the pool was good. The breakfast is sad and should be skipped. We've stayed here several times.

One after another, the stays are usually last minute but the staff is nothing more than accommodating! Always friendly and polite they will greet you upon your arrival and departure! Thank you and see you next time!

There was a wine dried to the dresser, wine stain on the sheets on corner by dresser. We were told that Woodfield could not assist us with the issue because the manager was not on duty. Also when we called them the next day they could not do anything for us because we went through Hotels.com.

Decent place for the price. Could use better pool area ventilation. Breakfast was good.

Clean, reasonable rates and good complimentary breakfast. Will stay there again when we have appointments at Marshfield Medical Center.

It's just an old hotel. It's a bit run down, but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was construction while there, so it was a bit chaotic. The pool is horrible. It's a large area but it needs serious attention. The water looked murky. The game room was really run down. They had a quarter machine that didn't work and you had to go to the bar if you wanted to play what did work. It needs a complete refresh. Free breakfast was ok, but a bit hodge podge and kind of an unorganized mess -- I think because of the construction. Staff was pleasant when we engaged with them.
