The hotel is in walking distance of great restaurants and also in short distance to river front mall. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great. Even allowed us to stay longer when our flight was cancelled. Wish the A/C would have gotten cooler. Room was pretty hot. It was pretty hot outside.

Couldn’t use the pool, it had no water in it. Very disappointing.

Everything was great

We always stay here when in New Orleans. This trip was not so good. There was a terrible sewer smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. Someone did come up and poured something in drains to take care of the smell. It worked for a little while but came back. So disappointing. It could also use a good cleaning and updating.

Customer service was really pitiful never stay there again

Loved the location, was close to everything. Close to cruise port, casino, restaurants, Bourbon Street. On a parade route for mardi gras so can be loud for most but we loved the liveliness! Would definitely stay here again.

For the price I paid they couldn’t provide free bottled water! And, for the price point, I got what I expected, nothing exceptional

It was nice. It was clean, cold, plenty of necessities. Great overall. Nice staff and easy access to shops around.

The room was out date and the bathroom sink and shower drain out slow. It felt like I was at motel not a Five Star Hotel. Will not stay here no more.

Staff was great including Cleo, Jamariel and the older man who works in the lobby but the guests in the room near mine were having some sort of violent interaction. I should have been offered to move rooms or they should have been made to move/leave. They were very loud - among other things. I was concerned that someone was hurt after I heard what sounded like an object hit the wall. Locked myself in the bathroom for a while.
