Tucked away. Near restaurants and some stores. Quiet. Little issue with directions given to front desk. In regards to all my guest where use there cards on check in. The first person checked in was put on my card and caused issues with my company due to what they thought was a duplicate transaction and froze my card.

Nice hotel, easy to get in and out. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast bar was ok, pool area was clean and kids play area was great. Will stay here again when in Coldwater.

Amazingly comfortable

Portable AC unit in room which barely worked. Shower head was nearly broken off, bathroom ceiling had mold. Smoke detector was missing

We used 2 rooms. The beds and bedding were nice and we got a good sleep. The hotel is old and was very nice at one time, but it could use an upgrade. The bathrooms and bedrooms had been cleaned. No elevator to take luggage to second floor.

If you need a comfortable bed and not much else as I did, this place is ok. It is very dated and a lot of disrepair in the rooms such as gaps in the molding, rusted bathroom door, etc. There was noticeable dust and dirt in corners. Check in was easy and friendly. The breakfast was mostly continental. Sausages were good. The outside, parking lots need repair and not much decent place to sit.

It was fine, chose for location

Portable air-conditioning units used in all rooms and vented through the wall into the indoor pool area. Very loud. Decay everywhere.

Kid loved the pool and play area! Beds are comfortable. Slept great!

Incredibly dirty, loud, rooms not cleaned, rude staff and over they booked the rooms. Found out the day we were to arrive that our room wasnt even available for us. Was a nightmare

Sticky floors, a lot of long black hair everywhere, bathroom, floor, even hanging from bed stand drawer. We slept well, bed comfortable, staff was friendly and nice just very disappointed in the cleanliness.

One night while visiting son at college

Room was not overly comfy, could easily hear others in next room. Staff was nice.

This hotel has such a nice area for kids, I think it would be great for a family, however I chose a jacuzzi suite for my stay and there were several buttons broken on the jacuzzi. It did work, but was a little off-putting to be in such poor shape.
