They were accommodating in giving us a room with a walk in shower which we appreciated.

Goold solid 3 stars it needs some renos on flooring and plumbing. Sink was plugged. Really covenient for business traveller

Great staff super friendly!

Our room was right beside a back door that went outside. Everytime someone used it... day or night... It slammed hard. I am hearing impaired and I heard it all the time constant. I didn't complain about it when we checked out but honestly there was nothing that person could have done to fix it.

Clean, well.placed and friendly staff

Place was exactly what we needed.

With pool, hot tub, gym and indoor pickle ball and floor hockey this is a family favorite. The wallpaper and fixtures are outdated, but enough so to be entertaining. Wonderful staff.

The room was clean. However, a couple of bathroom floor tiles were cracked/chipped. There were no info guides in the room to indicate how to use the tv, pool hours, location of vending/ice machines etc. The soft drink vending machine was inoperable for the 3 days we were there ... always sold out and no effort to restock it. As mentioned, the tv was frustrating to use. There was no channel guide and it turned out very little selection.

Nice room

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There is a Denny's Restaurant attached as well as a pub. Front desk staff friendly. Would stay there again.

Decent for the money, pretty loud can hear everything. Touch of mold in the bathroom.

Front desk gave us keys that didn’t work. Poor lighting everywhere. Dirty room (mouldy shower). Loud fans in the pool - not enough towels at the pool. Poor servíce in the pub - left. Housekeeping knocking before checkout with a DND sign up.

Property is fine for the price. I had trouble sleeping in my room as the air conditioner had to stay on and it was noisy. Upgrade that to a silent one?
