Great nights sleep. Bed was very comfortable

TV was in Spanish, telephone didn’t work. Shower height was very low. Bed was comfortable though

bathroom was really crowded, motel appears older

Run down property with holes in the walls

The property and room i was staying in must have been under reno miss matching paint on walls and cieling also cieling must of had a recent leak very discolored. Bathroom had mold and poor patch work done on walls. Covers were dirty first night had to call concierge and brought replacement however those were also stained, the pillows had yellow hue to them. Refrigerator was antiquated and very loud had to unplug at night and also found pubic hair in drawers these among other reasons caused to leave a day early due to poor conditions. Complaints sheet will not allow me to attach photos but i have them should anyone request them.

I was uncomfortable the whole time. It felt cold and dark. The housekeepers were not friendly. I saw a roach in the bathroom and I immediately checked out. The front desk offered me another room and I declined. Pests like roaches aren’t generally isolated so I had no interest in staying any longer.

Price was good, but it’s an older hotel that smells funny. Thin walls and thin blankets. The spider in our bed was alarming, but the front desk attendant just offered a “sorry.” Other than that…clean and well-located.

The hotel is very old. Pool was cloudy. Pool chairs were old and in poor conditon. Didnt even get into the pool. The hotel itself smells old, like old cigarette smoke and who knows what else. I would never recommend to someone.

Run down, not clean, room had stuff all over the walls. Would never stay here again.

I went to enjoy the included breakfast at 635am and there wasn’t enough nor was someone replacing items

Overall a nice stay. Strong sell of cholorine at first, which was odd because it has an outdoor pool, but the smell was gone in a few hours. Room was clean and the shower amenities were nice. The bed was a little worn down and could be replaced, but for one night it was fine. Would stay again.

Blood stains everywhere. They need to seriously clean better. The rooms were gross and the hallways were filthy. I was there for less than 24 hours- I checked out instead of staying for the whole trip and I booked another hotel 35 minutes from there. Still waiting to hear from them

Duct tape that was coming off was holding the carpet in the stairs we tripped on. The floors were dirty and there were hand print streaks on the headboard. The Sheetrock and trim was falling off and it wasn’t swept in any corners or anywhere that wasn’t the main walkway.

The hotel needs some updating. Carpet was duct tape to the stairs. Overall just needs updating.

Hotel is always amazing, have stayed there multiple times. For some reason, our room had issues with ventilation. Sheets always felt wet.

Location for my purpose was excellent. The room needed so maintenance to freshen up. A coat of paint, patching the walls and work on the plumbing, various leaks.
