We were only at the hotel from late evening to early morning. It was a good stay for us. The only negative were children running around in the room above us for a while late at night and we could hear it through the ceiling. We had a sound machine to turn up loudly to drown out the noise.

Nice alternative to normal hotel.

Wanted a close proximity to Cold Spring and Beacon. This hotel was a perfect location. My wife and I love the low architecture of the 2 story housing complex layout. Lots of free parking and walking distances to diners and places to shop. Clean and well laid out room. No cleaning on weekends but you can get supplies at front desk. Would stay again.

Best hotel I’ve been to especially for this price. Outstanding! I’ve paid thousands on places that are worse than my grandmas basement and with amenities that don’t work so for a hundred bucks and a full kitchen and tons of fun amenities this was a pleasant surprise.

My wife and I spend Sundays for us we usually go out to eat then head to the best western.after the first time (2 weeks ago) we loved the property and loved the kitchen! Now on our stay this pass Sunday my wife found plenty of hair all over the sheet. And pillow case as if neither were changed. We were going to the office to request sheets but found a housekeeper and she gave us the sheets and pillow cases and said she will be back but never did. We changed the bedding not a big deal but not what I want to do either.. It’s a shame we really like the hotel and felt comfortable. We still may Enjoy our Sunday nights at the BW.

It was easy to get to and the staff was very courteous

Even though we booked a room for 4 people, only one bed was made up for us. Thankfully we thought to ask at check in if the sofa bed had been made up because the room was in a separate building on the other side of the property. We were given the sheets and a blanket in a clear trash bag. The mattress on the sofa bed was really uncomfortable and there was no mattress cover. We were not given towels so when we got to the room we realized we only had 2 towels. When we mentioned this the following day we were told, “This isn’t a fancy hotel.” I thought having a clean bed and a fresh set of towels for each person was a given. Apparently not.
