Shuttle drivers are very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Front desk agents appear to enjoy their jobs and they even offer freshly baked gourmet cookies upon check-in. Hotel is clean, quiet, and has an airport runway view from hotel room. A+

It met expectations for a Double Tree

The staff were wonderful and welcoming. They checked in over my stay to make sure they couldn't do anything more to make it great. Unfortunately there were a group of teenagers (baseball tournament I think) so I had a lot of late night knocks at my neighbor door. Other than that, the pool was small but great for my kiddo to splash around in. 3 families is about the size you can fit comfortably there. Go at off times to avoid the crowds!

The rooms were nice, as was the whole facility. However, with a 3-night stay I got no housekeeping service at all, which was disappointing. Had to get extra towels, etc. myself.
