About what you'd expect at a low price point. Dated finishes and not very clean.

We have stayed at this hotel frequently on trips to / fro Chicago and Minneapolis. Although the rooms are tired they are nevertheless very clean. Breakfast is free and of good quality. Overall reasonably priced hotel and good value. We will definitely stay here again on our travels.

Great reception upon arrival. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast of a good standard . I certainly have no hesitation in recommending.

Quiet nice room and easy access

Had a good experience overall. The staff was nice and we enjoyed the king size bed. Especially for the price, this was an awesome find. Loved the complimentary parking and that they didn’t take an additional incidental hold on my card at check in.

Great location off the Dells strip and easy access to interstate. Very clean with a friendly helpful staff.

Booked a room with a king bed but because we had a pet we were given two queens, which is ok but not what we booked. Got to the room with our luggage only to find walls streaked with pee and dog hair with dust covering the furniture. Nasty!! Returned to the desk to request another room which was better but not the best for cleanliness. Breakfast was the usual, waffles, muffins, eggs, sauage and potatoes. Staff was nice enough.

Convenient for shopping and near by attractions

Clean, decent free breakfast, easy check in and check out.

The Jet tub was a one person only. I went for breakfast at 9:30 and there was nothing left. The bed was over slept in and it was not comfortable. The pillows were square. when using the blow dryer, the bathroom fan stopped. And it needs a major upgrade. The room was okay size. I liked the two sinks and two large mirrors, location was great as well if you're there for water parks or shopping. We we're there more for relaxation and food. Pool was very small, didn't use.

Great stay for the price

Because we had our dog, we were put in a pet friendly room. The comforters seemed to have a few stains and the overall feel of the room was run down. Staff was friendly

Room was full of spiders and webs. Empty alcohol bottles behind the bed. We had to leave.

Hotel was well kept. Breakfast was really good.
