First night was great. Second night every noisy party group around us most of the evening then picked up again around 430 till we left at 730.

Great location

There was zero hot water from the time we checked in until the time we checked in to the time we checked out. There was a dirty facecloth left in the shower. The room we had did not have a mini fridge and we had to ask to get one. Lady at the breakfast was not very kind.

Check in was easy. My credit card got charged by a service someone else used who had their own room but we often went around hotel together. The front desk did not check with me, was not someone authorized and not registered to my room. Not a place i would go again because of this issue. Just because i know someone does not authorized the front desk to charge anything to me. Very responsible. Kitchen was amazing and staff in there wonderful and helpful.

Id expect more from a Hilton brand. Poorly trained front end staff (manager did well). My room was not very clean, broken shower tiles and mildew, water damage on the wall by the bed, window ledge damaged and dirty with spots of mold on the wall by the window. They even forgot to leave my receipt under my door. Not even a complimentary coffee..even a $60/night motel offers guests a coffee. Wish i could post pics.

I found the room, dusty and smelled of dust. Room was not clean. Used a package of wipes to clean it myself.

Property is very clean and a nice quiet area at night with a peaceful view of the Saint John river

Only thing that really was a disappointment is I waited almost 4 hours for a blanket when my little ones got sick and they kept bringing me a sheet ended up having to go to the dollar store buying three of the five dollar blankets because they kept giving us sheets

Staff were amazing. Got some problem with hotel.com but the staff of Hilton have done everything they could and even more to help us.

Good stay

My daughter and me have a problem with air-conditioning in our room. There was a disturbing noise when we wanted to set the temperature to 23 degrees. I come from a hot country and I needed the heat. We had to turn it off because it made a strange noise even at 22 degrees.

Dirty, filthy, absolutely terrible.

We enjoyed our stay, but we weren’t aware breakfast wasn’t included, which was $20 per person. Definitely not worth it. Also parking is an extra charge of $25 per night plus tax. Wasn’t happy with that either. Other then these things the staff were helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortabl.

Very dissatisfied that parking was not included. After a family member, that had her own room paid twice to leave the parking garage, I called the desk. I was told to bring my ticket to the desk to have it validated. I was not told that there would be a $50 charge to my credit card on the phone nor was I told when I had it validated at the front desk. The main reason I chose this hotel was the price but ended up paying more with the parking fee. Will not be staying there again.
