I went to Amsterdam third times, and fully recommend this hotel. The terrace garden by the river is beautiful for morning and evening time. They prepare rental bike where you can ride to the park or getting breakfast near the surrounding area. The room, the food and the service are excellent. You can be as relax as you need to be.

Very amateur crew receptionist, we are from Bali indonesia check-in night with message room junior suite canal view. We needed an extra bed 1 but the answer from the receptionist said no! as big as Hilton's classmates are not there and he asks to pay if he wants a room upgrade of 290 euros. very unprofessional and unfriendly.

If you do not have to stay in this area, better stay somewhere close to Amsterdam Centraal.
