The room itself was great, but the check in was horrible, both staff members working desk were unfriendly, and i had to wait a hour after check in to finally be given a room, i wasnt told anything when given my keys just sent on my way, didnt know what time i was supposed to check out or what amenities i had

I was told when I was checking in that there was no air conditioning in the hotel and from what I could tell they haven’t had it yet this year. The room was very hot and uncomfortable. They did give me bottles of water and complimentary parking but I’m not happy . I’m a loyal customer and should have been told before booking

When checking in we were informed that the air conditioning was not working we’re offered a box fan that we needed to carry up to our room with all of our luggage. There was no apology, just that they were giving free parking because of it. Ok fine we were going to try to make the best of it. We went to the rim we were given 516, unpacked and my daughter went to have a shower as we had driven for 7 hours and were very tired and ready for bed. There was NO HOT WATER!!! Called down to inform them, on hold for 10 minutes when a different person came on the phone and I again had to explain that we had no hot water. Told us to come down to get a new room. Packed everything back up and went down (lugging the fan the entire time). They gave us room 514, went to the room, did NOT unpack this time. Checked the hot water and AGAIN no hot water!! Not even warm water. My daughter went down and they said they would send someone to look at it. She came back up and we waited an hour in the hot room. Called down to see when somebody would come, put on hold for 10 minutes and when they came back on they had no idea about sending someone up and told us to come down to get yet ANOTHER room! Gave us room 904, again lugging the box fan went to that room. Checked the hot water, no hot water in the sink but hot water in the shower. Not willing to change again we decided to deal with no hot water to wash out hands or face and just stay there. Terrible hotel ac out for months

The front desk lady was very unprofessional, she wouldn’t let me speak! It started because I had picked a two bed room, this lady said my manager made the changes because you only have two people in that room mind you it was two adults and a baby. She was being so rude and very aggressive this is unacceptable you shouldn’t treat people this way specially if you are in the customer service department. She said racial comments about “people like me” I asked to speak to her manager, and in a very sarcastic way she said good luck she’s here in the mornings only, like if she wouldn’t get in any trouble When I took out my phone to start recording her, her tone and the aggression with her hands stopped completely. I will still add my video on social media only because of the disrespect and the racial comments. I had no intentions to argue but the devil got inside of her! Also in the description of the room it says AC provided well the AC is not working they gave us a fan! This is totally not what I signed up for the worst stay of my life!!!!! She definitely don’t mlike people like me as she said, and I’m HISPANIC!

The air-conditioning was not working, I get it, it happens, but not what we paid for. The elevators were so dirty, especially the floor. The shower never got warm enough to stand under it. Seeing as this is a Hilton, and the price is not exactly cheap, I was very disappointed. I have been to doubletrees before and they were gorgeous.

I visited in June 2025 and was informed during check-in that the air conditioner for the entire hotel was not working and was under repairs. They told me I could go to another hotel and not be charged if I wanted to, but by then, I had my luggage with me and had an event to go to and did not have time to investigate other hotels nearby. This really should have been communicated BEFORE I arrived at the hotel desk. It was disappointing they did not make any attempt to notify me before my check-in. The room was very hot every day and there was no discount offered. I stayed 3 nights and no one came to clean my room for the entire stay. No emptying trash or changing out towels. And on check out, no one asked how my stay was.

AC was broken in the entire hotel. Elevators were down. TV cable kept cutting out. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. They also are impossible to deal with for getting any type of refund. Do not stay here!

Low rating mostly because of error staff couldn't control. The AC was put and it was HOTTT. This the low rating of comfortableness. They gave us a box fan, each a complimentary bottled water and cookie. That's it. No breakfast or other offers made (other than to cancel and not stay there without cancellation fee). Wish we could experience it again with full amenities in proper order, I do believe it could've been a 5star rating.

Our room was very hot. When we asked about the A/C they said it was down/not working. But the A/C worked perfectly fine in the lobby and hallways. All they could do is give us a fan. Which they never brought up. After waiting for about 1hour and 1/2. We decided to go down and ask for it again. Personally I would have left and checked in some where else but we had checked in late like around 7:00pm and all we did was left our luggage there and went out to eat. Didn’t get back until way later. I got charged twice once by Orbitz and they they charged me again separately. I had asked about it when we were there and they had said no the it’s only pending. It was what the room cost plus a hundred for a holding fee. But know the transaction went through.
