The continental breakfast is a joke. A couple of old apples ,bread and a few bagels.

Beds comfortable, ac nice and cold for the price the room was good

The place was not at all like what was advertised. First off from the outside the pool Was dirty. Inside the ceiling was falling the hair dryer didn’t work. The lights were not all on. It was missing blankets towels and no one ever came to get the dirty towels or give clean ones I had to get them myself. The so called continental breakfast was stale wheat bread and wheat bagels. Spray on butter at that. We had to bag our garbage because no one came to empty it. They were charging $250 If you brought sand in which it wouldn’t have made a difference. The floor was even vacuumed to begin in. Will not be staying there again

This property was terrible. When we got there my daughter saw a mouse. When we got into the room there was a hole and a vent that was not covered. There was a lot of roaches everywhere crawling by the fridge, draws, walls, on the headboard of the bed and in the shower there was bugs. It was a horrible experience we got there and left right away. We asked for a refund and I was told that we needed to contact Expedia. So now we are waiting for a response for that. It was not in our agreement that there would have been rodents or roaches.

I should have read the review more. The online pictures are so deceiving. This place was disgusting, smelled so bad of cigarettes and mold smell. Although we were in a non smoking room. Toilet wasn't stable. Would rock when sitting on it. My 5yr old almost fell and got scared because the toilet moved. The sheets were stained. There was so much noise at night. Idk how anyone could sleep. The room next to ours sounded like they were moving furniture all night. Seemed more like an extended stay and people that were on drugs everywhere. Didn’t feel safe once we got back there after the sun went down. Will never stay there again.

The pool was a little dirty, more trash cans outside people left to much trash next to can due to it being full

Check in was not until 4pm. They said i could of checked in at 1pm had i booked directly with them and not with expedia. Would not provide me with a receipt due to booking with expedia.They charge more to be on 2nd/1st floor. A/C was loud and barely cooled. Room smelled, toilet and bath tub clogged up. Only 1 light fixture worked, was really dim. Comforters were stained and there was sand in the beds. They Did not come and clean the room once during our stay. Smallest trash can present too, only provided with 2 towels for 4 people. They smelled and had stains, not sure if they were actually clean. $50 holding fee for sand in the room is ridiculous. Its a beach city. We couldn't use the pool, it was green and sitting area was dirty. At Check out, i was greeted with a written out paper at front desk, to leave key card on counter. Nobody at counter. I Highly do not recommend this hotel.

Sheets where stained, mold on lamp, drawings on wall and doors. Found a drug pipe in room which my daughter found 😡 i will not be coming back

Room wasn’t what i expected sheets didn’t look clean roaches on the floor it was blood stains on bathroom pillow cases wasn’t clean even though it was a smoking room could have been better

This place was a dump Not worth anything I oaid.. it spelled like mildow, walls were filthy, the sink was stopped up and when we used the plunger black stuff came up. No phone in the room to call and complain Would never come back to this dump

Ac not working ,they fix it.Linen is dirty ask them to change tt.Towels are dirty ask tgem to change it .This room is not worth half the money i paid.

Checked in early and paid fee while we waited for our second room to be available. Upon entering the restroom in the room it smelled and when my children wanted to shower and turned on the water it immediately started filling up and pubic hair started floating out. There was pubic and regular hair around the tub. Front desk was notified and we asked if we could have another room, they sent maintenance instead. They cleared the drain but when they tried flushing the hairs down the toilet..the toilet didn’t work. Checked out 45mins max after early check in (30 mins in which maintenance was still attempting to fix the issues while we got our stuff). No additional cleaning was done to the tub, the odor was “fixed” by spraying chemicals around the restroom. Went to check out and that’s when they offered to swap rooms but we were already on edge. DO NOT STAY HERE! Pay the extra money to stay elsewhere. Facility and amenities aren’t as described.

They said the pool was open for swimming went with my kids to go see the pool the water was all green told them about it and they just said it was still open just dirty also in one of the rooms we got the door knob kept coming off told front desk about it they sent maintenance guy came up said if he change it then I’ll be charge for it mind you we only had just checked in like 10min we just went to go leave our stuff to get dinner but couldn’t right away another room the card kept deactivating being a little annoying having to go down every time down the stairs from the 3rd floor there’s no elevators the ice machine wasn’t working pretty much in all floors I think I can keep going on and on but I’ll just stop

The place terrible that i wasn't expected never I booked hotel like this place. When i booked name company pops LA QUINTA but it was a lie and the price it cost $50 to this place but i saw this price after day i stay, so i paid $78 and they put it $90 and putting discount it just to.make people to.come.more i need my money back i wasnt satisfy at all with all i found dirty smell reom noise with fire alarm bip all night.

The hotel was in horrible condition and it said it had breakfast but only had coffee either everything was out of order or they didn’t have it never coming back again

It was awful and it’s dirty. I checked at the desk, that was fine when I got to the room I did notice right away that the bathroom door was broken and there was no smoke alarm. But honestly I just needed a clean room to sleep in and shower. Got to the room late at night so I just went to sleep. When I went to shower in the morning is when I noticed everything wrong with the room. There was blood on the bathroom curtain , the trash can was dirty, the floor was dirty. My feet turn black just from walking around in the morning with no shoes on. Once I noticed how dirty it was I went to the office to complain and the front desk said there was nothing they could do about it until a manger got there this was around 8AM. I checked in at 12:30AM. I was told the manger was going to be in at 10:30 but he wasn’t , I went back at 10:45 (I left right after to get breakfast somewhere else) he wasn’t there and I told them to give me a call and they didn’t. I finally called back at 3:30PM once I was done doing what I did for the day. He basically said I shouldn’t expect much because of the rates. I’ve been to PLENTY of cheap motels and fancy hotels and I don’t care about the small stuff but being clean is another story. I expect clean even if it cost 5$ because that’s a hazard for it not to be. I asked if I could get a refund or even partial refund because I did stay. He said no. And he’d give me a discount the next time I visit…. Why would I ever come back?

The guy who checked me in was very helpful in getting my reservation changed through hotels.com as I made a mistake when reserving online. However I had reservations about staying at this hotel when I pulled into the parking lot. It didn’t feel safe. But I had not gotten the cancellation protection so didn’t want to loose my money. The first room was on the back side. It was a King bed and I reserved 2 queen. So go back and ask for a different room on the front side. No problems there. We choose a hotel specifically for a pool and breakfast. The pool was green and not swimmable. We couldn’t park directly in front of our room because there was a car sitting up on boards with a tire off. The room itself looked ok but we didn’t look that close. Being a female traveler with my daughter and granddaughters I am cautious about my surroundings. I decided that I didn’t care about loosing my money and we didn’t stay here. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed! Do yourself a favor and spend a few more bucks and RUN from this place. Room was dirty, the facilities are DISGUSTING, pool is green and not like the pictures, oh and breakfast was literally just slices of bread. A joke I’m so embarrassed I brought my family here :(
